A typical day
Paying with cats and dogs can be one of the most entertaining activities, for them and for us! I will take your fur-baby for a nice, scenic walk or run, give them lots of play, and give them affection when they want it! I treat everyone’s animals as if they were my own, so they will have as much care and attention as they desire! I am very experienced in animal emotions and behavior, so I will always accommodate to your animals needs and emotional cues.

Hello! I am Stephanie, a neuroscience/pre-med/psychology student at UTK! With my education, I apply it to my job as your caretaker. For as long as I can remember, we have always had fur babies in our house from cats to dogs to lizards and frogs! I remember every single baby having a significant contribution to my personality and who I am now. My current best friend is my cat Sashi! Sashi is a kitty I found as a stray around town. I took her in and the rest is history! Each pet is unique with their own quirks, personalities, and conditions. Sashi has separation anxiety, and I couldn’t imagine leaving her alone for a long period of time. I understand what it means to understand, take care of, and appreciate our fluffy friends that are in our lives! I have experience pet sitting animals of all kinds from farm animals, to big, playful dogs, to small, shy cats. I have taken care of for extended periods of time dogs with medical conditions such as seizures, paralysis, partial blindness, and behavioral issues with other dogs. I care for animals of all ages and sizes! I am very knowledgeable with cats in their behavior, body language, and physical well-being. I am very physically fit to be able to run or walk fast and long (no, seriously I can run 5 miles under an 8 minute pace) and lift a heavy amount of weight. No matter the task, I will have no problem!

Stephanie walked our black lab Hank without any issues. Great communication and knew when he did not like the rain and wanted to go back inside. She stayed with him in the house for a few minutes as well. Will definitely let her walk him again!
My two cats and two dogs seemed to love Stephanie! She was willing to stay all day at my house when I was out of town for the day and checked in to make sure the pets wouldn’t be left alone for too long.
Stephanie was great, all my animals loved her- even my pit-bull mastiff who can be weird with people took to her right away. And I have a very shy cat who hides and comes out for no one, but she came out of hiding for Stephanie, which says a lot. I was able to enjoy my trip out of town and not worry about them. She sent updates and pictures and I hope to have her drop in again when I need it. She's very likable, has good energy, is trustworthy, and was on time every time. Highly recommend.
