“Jasmin is so great with our puppy Millie! She does her walk and then always spends a few minutes playing with Millie and our older Golden Remi (who doesn't enjoy walks) so that she gets some love too! Millie always looks forward to her walk days!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet caregiver who would be thrilled to help care for your furry family member. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I truly understand how much love, attention, and patience they deserve. Whether your pup needs a relaxing walk around the neighborhood, a little playtime and company while you’re at work, or some extra TLC while you're away, I’ve got you covered! As a college student living in Knoxville, I know how important it is to have someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your pet. Being away from your dog can be tough—I’m here to make it easier by giving them the same care and attention they’d get from you. I treat every pet like they’re my own: with kindness, respect, and lots of love (and belly rubs if they’re into that!). I’m comfortable with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels, and I’m happy to work with any special instructions you may have—whether it's administering medications, sticking to a specific routine, or giving updates while you're gone. Let me help make your day a little less stressful and your pet’s day a little more fun! As a Resident Assistant and student, I’ve developed strong time management and communication skills, which help me stay organized and reliable when it comes to pet care. My RA role means I’m already a trusted presence in the community, and my schedule offers plenty of flexibility during both weekdays and weekends—perfect for walking dogs, checking in on pets, or providing overnight care. Pet sitting fits seamlessly into my routine and offers a welcome balance to my academic and RA responsibilities. It’s something I truly enjoy and look forward to! Since I live in a dorm as a Resident Assistant, I’m unable to host pets in my own home—but I’m more than happy to care for your pet in their home where they feel most comfortable and secure. I make sure to follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and any special instructions. I always prioritize your pet’s well-being, keeping them safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s quick check-ins or extended visits, I’ll treat your home with care and your pet like family.

“Kristy took great care of my girl and even helped pick her up for me to bring her home.”

I will also follow your pet care instructions as closely as possible!

“Brooke has been amazing with taking my dog on walks to make sure he gets exercise while I have to be gone. She is also quick to respond and very professional! Highly recommend!”

About: I have been a foster dog parent in the past and a volunteer at Young Williams. I have experience with all kinds of different dogs! I am a part-time babysitter (of human babies), which means I am home a lot of the time and therefore have time to love on your (fur) babies. I do as much as I can to accommodate and make your dog comfortable. I do have senior-ish dogs of my own, so it is important to me that our pets get along. Chill dogs will work best for my environment. I typically will require a meet and greet between our dogs before I board!

About: I have a lot of experience with senior cats and dogs. I myself have a 17 year old blind cat. I am a pro at giving your pets that extra TLC! I look forward to meeting your fluffy friends. My primary job is remote consulting, house sitting, and pet sitting! I will be able to devote 100% to your animals as it will be my only job! I am able to flexibly travel and provide at your home care for your fluffy friends! I am open to overnight sitting, or just popping in to play with your pets and take care of other necessities!

About: I love animals and have a passion for taking care of them ever since childhood. Right now, I have a medium-sized dog named Sophie, but I’ve also dog-sat for friends and family members. I absolutely love my dog and my friends/families pets and will treat your pet as my own! I love to exercise, play, and cuddle with pets, or just provide whatever fits their needs. Safety is a priority for me when it comes to taking care of pets and I will do everything to make sure your pet is cared for in the best way possible for them! I know it can be difficult and a little scary for you and your pet while you’re gone, so my concern and care for your pets well-being while you’re gone is my top priority. I can be easily contacted and will send you pics and updates of your pet! It will be my pleasure to take care of your pets :) I am flexible throughout the week and weekend at any time of the day or night to take care of your pet based on their needs or what you need. I have an unfenced yard with room for potty breaks. I have one dog right now, but she is great with other dogs. I make sure to treat your dog like I treat my own and provide the safest, best care possible. I hope to make the owner and the pet as comfortable as possible as well!

“Tate did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, and most importantly, took great care of the pups. I will book him again next time I need a walker.”

About: I am an animal science student at UTK. I worked at a dog boarding and day care facility for a summer in 2023. I have dog sat all throughout my high school years and some in college. I worked with horses in the summer of 2024. I love animals and want to pursue a career in animal health! I am very passionate about animals! I am a full time student during the school year and don’t have classes on Friday for the fall semester. I am very flexible to work with. I have classes throughout the day but can drop in when needed. During the summer I am mostly free just taking a class online. I am a very trustworthy and reliable person who will always have the animals best interest at heart! I love working with animals and I can’t wait to meet them! I have dog sat many times and am very good with watching over them.

About: I’ve had pets of my own since I was very young and have always been incredibly passionate about their care. I have been working on Rover for over two years, volunteered at animal shelters, and fostered multiple litters of kittens & puppies. I have direct experience with reactive dogs, senior dogs, puppies, cats & kittens, rabbits, horses, small rodents, and fishkeeping. I strive (and find it very easy) to love and care for your pets as I would my own. I also enjoy trying to take the best photos I possibly can of your furry (or not furry) friends! Please message me about availability as I would love to help you and your pet(s) out! Unless otherwise discussed, I do ask that you allow for some variance in timing (+/- 1 hour from selected drop-in or walk time). For daycare clients: I will be home the majority of the day and only pop out for drop-in clients. I will only be gone for 1 hour at a time. Constant care is available for an additional fee. I know how incredibly important the little details are with your pets, so I’m very careful about following any and all directions to a T. I love receiving detailed instructions, so please never feel like it’s too much!

About: Hi! I’m Hope, a lifelong cat lover and all-around animal person. I was lucky to spend 17 full years with my beloved cat Fritz, from his days as a kitten all the way through his senior years. Losing him last year has been hard, and I’ve found myself really missing the companionship, routines, and joy that come with being around animals. I’m not able to have pets of my own right now, so I’d love to care for yours like family! While cats are my specialty, I also grew up with dogs and have lived with them for many years. My cat Fritz once spent an entire year refusing to drink out of anything other than on old timey milk jug, so you can trust that I’m open to your pets’ unique routines and needs! Your pet deserves someone who truly enjoys their company, and I’d be honored to keep them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I currently work remotely during normal business hours, and can work from anywhere with a secure WiFi connection. This schedule allows me to be very flexible in terms of visiting with, caring for, or even staying with your beloved pets while you’re away! I know all too well that every pet has their own particular routines and needs; I’ll be sure to respect their quirks and follow your instructions to the letter. I’ll also keep you in the loop with photos and updates so you never have to wonder how things are going!

About: Lifelong dog lover with a Bernedoodle of my own. I use my behavior background to build trust, send updates, and treat every pup like family. I’m a doctoral student with flexible study breaks—perfect for dog walks or staying at your home so your pup gets plenty of attention and company. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In your home, I follow your routines closely and make sure your pet feels secure and loved. I’m respectful of your space and always keep things clean and calm. If your pup is staying with me, they’ll have a quiet, pet-friendly environment, plenty of attention, and lots of playtime—with supervision and snuggles included.

About: Ask me how you can save $20 on your first booking! -(New Rover Members only) With years of experience caring for all kinds of animals—from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, and more. I have a huge heart for all furry friends. I've welcomed so many pets into my home, from beloved companions to strays and rescues looking for love. Every animal deserves kindness and attention, and I take pride in creating a safe, cozy space for them. Whether it's snuggling with a dog, playing with a curious cat, or helping a shy pet feel safe, I treat every animal like family. Let me give your pet the same love and care I’ve shared with all the animals in my life! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. As an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist (I get to work with people and animals at the same time, it truly doesn't get any better), I have the flexibility to work when I choose, which allows me to prioritize pet care and accommodate various schedules. This means I can give your pets the time and attention they need, whether it's daily visits, longer stays, or just making sure they're happy and comfortable throughout the day. I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable and happy by maintaining their usual routine, whether that means sticking to specific feeding times, favorite toys, or daily walks. I take extra care to notice the details that matter to them—whether it’s a particular spot they love to nap in or their favorite way to play—so they feel secure and content in your absence. My goal is to make everything easy and stress-free for both you and your pet. By keeping things familiar and showering them with love, I’ll ensure your furry friend feels happy, safe, and well cared for.

“Kelli was so attentive with my pup! I really love how detailed her report cards are, and how caring she is to any potential problems. Really grateful for her flexibility in scheduling as well!”

Alyssa C.
“Alyssa is the absolute sweetest and most caring person out there! She is timely, has great communication, and always has a smile to offer! Not only is she an awesome human, but she is amazing with pets! Our two dogs love her so much and always get excited to see her. She treats them just like we do - with love and care! She also respects the boundaries we set for the dogs and has been amazing with helping us get them better trained to be around more people. For example, when we were teaching our smaller dog not to jump up on people, Alyssa always respected this rule and would handle the situation just as we asked. We know that we can always count on Alyssa to take great care of our girls, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with them like we do her!!!”

Hope B.
“Hope was in town and watched my cat Rumbles for three weeks in 2023 when I went on vacation to Death Valley. Rumbles is ordinarily rather shy and is certainly choosy about who she chooses to let into her life. I have other folks come to my place, such as visitors or repairpeople, etc., and she always disappears underneath something only to emerge hours later. However, when Hope arrived, she nearly immediately presented herself, magnetized to Hope's presence. Throughout my trip, when I was in service at least, she showered me with photos of Rumbles enjoying her presence: https://imgur.com/a/NZqrgxc https://imgur.com/a/uf2OMCN I returned to find Rumbles happy, healthy, and well-taken-care-of. I recommend Hope without reservations for pet watching on Rover.”

Cara S.
“Cara is kind, honest, intelligent, extraordinarily responsible, and hard working. She loves dogs and is an amazing dog mom herself. She is always dependable and timely. Your pet couldn't be in better hands than with Cara. She has cared for our golden doodle for extended periods when we have been traveling, and has also provided attention, walks and feedings when we can't be home during the day. Our dog runs to greet Cara because she loves her so much. Cara is always loving with our dog and uses positive reinforcement and rewards to achieve desired behavior with our dog.”

Alyssa R.
“Alyssa is a wonderful pet owner and caregiver. She's a caring individual sure to meet your loving pet's needs. With two cats of her own, she never struggles to provide them the care and love they deserve. Sometimes I think she loves them more than me. She's also an active member of the stray cat community and cares for them as she can. She works with animals in her career as a Mental Health Therapist that provides equine therapy. She is surrounded by horses, cats, dogs, chickens, and donkeys on a daily basis! She is knowledgeable, empathetic, and the perfect person to keep your furry friends company.”
