Unfortunately we’re about to move, but if we were staying in Knoxville we would 100% hire her again.”

My cat is older and has some special needs and Ellen truly listened to me and asked specific questions to ensure she had a good understanding to accommodate her needs. She is so patient and gentle with both of my “babies”, she truly has a way with them and I can see the love they have for her based on their reaction whenever she has come by. I don’t trust my animals with many people, but I would never hesitate to entrust them to Ellen. I know they are being well cared for in my absence.”

She loves giving our old dog lots of pets and walks when he's feeling up for it. She is trying to make some extra money while applying for jobs and in the meantime has been able to give our dog lots of extra attention!”

Joey needed some extra care because he was post op from a cancer resection surgery. We had very specific instructions for him and she did great. She went above and beyond with everything, from taking the time to do a meet and greet to leaving our house completely spotless after her stay! Taylor is also very mindful, she took the time to understand all of Rosie's routines, needs and quirks and made us feel so comfortable and confident leaving our girl with her for the long weekend. She was very responsive, checked in each day and sent us some really great photos and videos of Rosie enjoying their time together! We cannot say enough good things about Taylor, highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs!”
