Jayne had stellar reviews and is also newer to Knoxville just like my husband and I. We knew instantly during the meet and greet that Jayne would be a great match for us and our pups. When our trip came closer, Jayne proactively reached out to nail down details. She sent updates when she arrived to the house as well as daily photos. We were over 2,500 miles away in Portland and were able to enjoy our trip because we knew our pups were in Jayne’s care! We look forward to using her again!”

About: I’m an honorably discharged USAF Veteran who has been around pets my whole life. 🇺🇸🪖🐈🐕🐇🐁🦔🐖🫏🐄🐎🪴🌵🪻🌹🌷🌸 I’ve owned a wide range of animals throughout my life including : dogs of all sizes, cats, hamsters, Guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, young deer, turkeys, spiders, tarantulas, snakes, song birds, parrots, iguanas, lizards, fish, tropical fish, aquatic plants, tropical plants, and of course normal house plants. If you want, I’ll take pictures of your pet throughout the time I’m watching your pet and send them to you free of charge. I know everyone loves they’re pet and wants to keep tabs on how they’re doing while away. So I consider this part of the job that helps give some peace of mind to the owner(s). I’ll get back to you quickly after you reach out to me so you can have the peace of mind knowing your pet will be taken care of. If there are any special needs that need to be addressed please let me know in the initial meeting. I’ve administered shots, given medicine, and taken care of very young and very old animals throughout my life. Thank you so much for considering me! Taking care of those that are important to you fits into my daily routine well. I’m attending online school for an associates degree, so I’ll have ample free time to make sure your critter is taken care of. Apartment dweller here, so if possible, I’d prefer to watch your pet(s) at their respective home. That said, I would be willing to watch your critter at my place if absolutely necessary for a short amount of time. Please reach out to me so we can discuss this. I have a pit bull who’s about 2 and a rhodesian ridgeback under a year old. If you’d like me to set up play dates with either of my dogs and yours, I could make that happen.

“Haley was very accommodating and so good to my babies. She was sure to send pictures and make sure they had the best care possible. I appreciated her and will book her again ?”

About: Hi! I’m Hope, a lifelong cat lover and all-around animal person. I was lucky to spend 17 full years with my beloved cat Fritz, from his days as a kitten all the way through his senior years. Losing him last year has been hard, and I’ve found myself really missing the companionship, routines, and joy that come with being around animals. I’m not able to have pets of my own right now, so I’d love to care for yours like family! While cats are my specialty, I also grew up with dogs and have lived with them for many years. My cat Fritz once spent an entire year refusing to drink out of anything other than on old timey milk jug, so you can trust that I’m open to your pets’ unique routines and needs! Your pet deserves someone who truly enjoys their company, and I’d be honored to keep them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I currently work remotely during normal business hours, and can work from anywhere with a secure WiFi connection. This schedule allows me to be very flexible in terms of visiting with, caring for, or even staying with your beloved pets while you’re away! I know all too well that every pet has their own particular routines and needs; I’ll be sure to respect their quirks and follow your instructions to the letter. I’ll also keep you in the loop with photos and updates so you never have to wonder how things are going!

20. Hope B.
“Hope was in town and watched my cat Rumbles for three weeks in 2023 when I went on vacation to Death Valley. Rumbles is ordinarily rather shy and is certainly choosy about who she chooses to let into her life. I have other folks come to my place, such as visitors or repairpeople, etc., and she always disappears underneath something only to emerge hours later. However, when Hope arrived, she nearly immediately presented herself, magnetized to Hope's presence. Throughout my trip, when I was in service at least, she showered me with photos of Rumbles enjoying her presence: https://imgur.com/a/NZqrgxc https://imgur.com/a/uf2OMCN I returned to find Rumbles happy, healthy, and well-taken-care-of. I recommend Hope without reservations for pet watching on Rover.”
