“Kendrick was a delight at the meet and greet with Cleo (cat). And then he followed through on the check-ins with her. Great photos and a video were provided to know she was doing well. We had one scare where the front door didn’t lock correctly and Kendrick was willing to go back and double check it which was a great relief. I would be happy to have Kendrick check on Cleo in the future.”
