“Ruth was amazing with our dog and cat. She was prompt and very communicative throughout the visit. Our dog required eye drops and medicine and she was able to administer them with no issues. She also cleaned up after the pets and ensured our sheets were clean and ready for us when we came back home on a late flight. Lastly, she even coaxed our very shy cat out from hiding!
