“Kimberly is the best dog sitter we have had for our Yorkiepoo ... Zoey! She treats her pet care business professionally by initiating contact to confirm we are all set 3 days before her house sitting dates, communication, photos and videos of Zoey's activities of the day, and she professionally follows up with communication after the house sitting dates. She is detailed in many aspects which I very much appreciate in Zoey's care and our house. During her stay, Kimberly noticed our neighbors putting out their trash cans and texted us to see if we wanted her to pull ours out to the curb. Kimberly brought a dog puzzle for Zoey and it was fun to watch the video of Zoey working the puzzle. Within 24 hours Zoey was already asking for belly rubs which is record breaking and a testament to Kimberly's care, style, and energy. You can tell Kimberly is nurturing in her care of our little baby. I'm a helicopter dog mom, so I am grateful knowing how well Zoey was taken care of during her 5 night stay. We will use Kimberly again for my peace of mind!”

She understands animal body language and did a fantastic job with my strong-willed breed. Excellent communication with status reports and pictures and videos. She even put the bed sheets in the washer! Be assured that your pet will be very well taken care by Kim. “This was our first time using Rover and I was really nervous. Jamie is very kind hearted and our two fur babies enjoyed their time with her. One of our pups usually does not immediately take to people and she went right over to Jamie and visited with her a couple of times during our meet and greet prior to hiring Jamie. Jamie was fine with the instructions we left for feeding, walking, and how to make our fur family feel less stressed by keeping their routine. We already have Jamie scheduled for two more trips we have coming up. Thanks for your help Jamie. ☺️”

“Ruth was amazing with our dog and cat. She was prompt and very communicative throughout the visit. Our dog required eye drops and medicine and she was able to administer them with no issues. She also cleaned up after the pets and ensured our sheets were clean and ready for us when we came back home on a late flight. Lastly, she even coaxed our very shy cat out from hiding! We appreciate her professionalism and taking such great care of our pets!”

She kept me updated throughout the stay and even left me a note at the end that wrapped everything up so that I didn’t have any questions about how it went.
