Together we keep a calm, steady rhythm with morning potty breaks, midday activity, afternoon naps, and evening walks or yard zoomies. Because we only host a small number of dogs at a time, each pup gets the time, structure, and companionship they need to feel completely comfortable and cared for. When pups stay in our home, they live right alongside us — part of the household, never tucked away or left alone in a separate space. I grew up loving nature thanks to my mom we were always visiting zoos and wildlife reserves, so being around animals has just always felt natural to me.
