“Rachel is so thoughtful and caring, my cats love her! I’m lucky to have found someone I feel completely comfortable with taking care of my cats, she’s the best cat sitter I’ve experienced and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to take care of them!”

About: Hi! I’m a physical therapist during the week and available for dog walking on weekends. I can also help during the week early in the morning. I’ve been around animals my entire life and have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve cared for many different pets, including dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, and a hedgehog. I previously had a deaf dog with special needs, which taught me patience and how to provide extra care when needed. I currently have an almost 12-year-old dog, so I’m comfortable with senior dogs as well. I’d love the opportunity to give your dog a safe, fun walk and the attention they deserve! I currently attend college and am on the soccer team, so I have plenty of gaps between my schedule, but nothing concrete enough for a full time job. I have large gaps between classes during the week and free weekends for the most part n I cannot bring dogs into my own apartment, as I am in a temporary living environment that does not allow pets. However, I am willing to help in any ways I can.
“All we can say is wow! Renzi went above and beyond taking care of our full house of animals (4 dogs and 2 cats) she made us feel very comfortable and treated them like they were her own. She was in constant contact and sent several pictures and videos at every visit which made them feel not so far away! She also was always on time with the visitation times we agreed on and took time to play with our animals and not just let them out and feed them. We were blessed to find Renzi and will never hesitate to ask for her services again.”

“Lily and Lucy were well taken care of by Kelsey and I will definitely reach out to her again when we need care for our babies. They took well to her and they are very picky. We were given pictures on each visit and she even brought in a package that I wasn't expecting when she saw it on the front porch! It's so nice to know that we have someone we can trust for the future.”

“So thankful she was able to drop in at the last minute to check on Bella. They have never met, but it sounded like it went well. She sent me lots of great photos so I knew Bella was in good hands. Can’t thank you enough!”

“Jennifer is a truly incredible, trustworthy, kind and responsible sitter. She takes care of our fur-babies above and beyond and I feel so blessed to have her around when my family and I are out of town. We have had her take care of the babies in the past and we will always book her services anytime we leave for future trips. I highly recommend her ❤️”

“Anna and her daughter, Sam, took great care of our two cats. We were able to have a relaxing vacation knowing that our family members back home were well taken care of! Strongly recommend contacting Anna if you're looking for a great pet sitter 😊”

“Lisa was incredible, and went way beyond to ensure our pet was not lonely by making extra daily visits. She texted us every day and sent photos of our furry dog and since we were out of the country, I felt so at ease that our pet was well cared for during our trip away from home.”

About: I've been caring for animals my entire life and have always had a special love for dogs. I grew up with three family dogs, giving me years of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming, administering basic care, and understanding each dog's unique personality and needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every dog as if they were my own with patience, love, and plenty of attention. Whether your pup enjoys long walks, lots of playtime, or simply relaxing with a companion, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether it's drop-in visits, walks, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping your pet company, I can easily work pet care into my daily routine. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible. My priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, so you can have peace of mind knowing they're in caring and reliable hands.

“Lorianne did a great job taking care of our cat, Winnie, while we were away for 5 days. Winnie can be anxious, but Lorianne was patient with Winnie. By day 2, Winnie was rubbing on her. Lorianne sent daily pictures and updates. Highly recommend!”
“I can’t thank Jackie enough for taking such great care of our girls. They were just smiling ear to ear in the pictures! She was so sweet to leave the girls a parting gift, and they loved it. She went out of her way to get more food when I misjudged the amount left, and had to deal with the beginnings of a horrible stomach bug. She goes above and beyond! I’m so happy to have found Jackie!! Thank you!!”

About: Hi there! 😊 I’m a lifelong dog lover and the proud dog mom of three amazing pups, including my sweet 11-year-old beagle, Rosco, and my two energetic Staffordshire Terriers. For over 11 years, I’ve been the primary caregiver for every part of their lives, from daily walks, feeding, playtime, and enrichment to administering medications, cleaning ears, treating skin irritations, monitoring health changes, and helping them through illnesses, injuries, and vet visits. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities because I believe every pet deserves individualized care. I know every wag, happy dance, and goofy personality is different, and getting to know what makes your pet feel comfortable is one of my favorite parts of the job. Whether your dog is an energetic adventure buddy, a shy sweetheart, or a senior who needs a little extra patience, I’ll take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. As a pet owner myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. I’ll care for your pet with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away, and I’ll always send regular updates and plenty of photos so you can see exactly how your best friend is doing. 🐾💛 Pet care is something I truly enjoy and have built into my daily routine. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow your routines, feeding schedule, medication instructions, and any special requests so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you’re away. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I treat my own and make sure everything is secure before I leave. Communication is incredibly important to me, so you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages after every visit. My goal is for you to feel completely confident knowing your pet is safe, loved, and in caring hands from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave.

I have a full time job that I work Tuesday-Friday 8-6. Im currently available Mondays, Friday evenings, Saturdays & Sundays. Holidays vary since I may be out of town I have two cats myself so ensuring a safe, clean environment is number 1 on my list. If there’s no mess or hazard, I’d ensure all essentials are either available or given at time specified. For example feeding and or medication time, along with kibble/ water restock. If there’s a list, follow the list lol
About: Owned and taken care of animals since I was little. Cats, dogs, other mammals/reptiles. Great with dogs no matter the energy or temperament, I can get them to feel comfortable. Besides caring for my son after school and summer camps, I have free time most of the day to do any checks or walks as long as it's not overnight/late night. I can care for them with provided toys/food/area or I am capable of taking them on walks if they need time out farther from the house. I know older dogs may not want to play fetch but still need to walk around the block a bit. Also cleaning if the owner has the area and supplies is no issue, I love giving dogs a bath.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
