About: I am a life-long animal lover and have always had several pets in my life at any given time. I have often cared for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family - from cats and dogs to chickens to reptiles - not to mention the occasional stray that has come home with me while their family was located. I am experienced with tasks from feeding to bathing to administering medications. I teach at the college level and have summers off. I love my time off but like the idea of pet care to stay busy and active. My summer schedule is wide open and ready to fill with walks, feedings, playtime, and whatever else your pets may need. About: I’ve always had cats and dogs growing up. I am very passionate about taking care of animals and plan to go into veterinary school! Everyone in my life knows if they need anyone to take care of their pets I’m the first person to call! About: I can't really remember a time when I didn't have a pet! I have always been crazy about animals and have mostly owned dogs but have had cats too! I have taken care of mostly small and medium dogs but love all animals. I'm a retired nurse with a bit more time on my hands and would like to spend a bit of my new, free time with animals! We currently have a rescue dog, Rusty, that we have had for about 4 years now. He is a sweetie and loved so much! I look forward to meeting your pets and giving you peace of mind while you are away! I'm currently retired and available very often. I will have plenty of time to play with your pets and to relax with them! I can offer a private area for them to eat or decompress if needed. I have a fenced in back yard here and doggie doors to the outside. I have one 6 year neutered (big baby) small but chunky dog here as a playmate.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
