About: Born and raised in Northern VA. I have been, and continue to be, an animal lover for my entire life. I have been in veterinary medicine for almost 20 years. I went to the University of Rhode Island to get my B.S. is Animal Science with a focus in Veterinary Medicine. I am perfectly comfortable taking care of healthy and sick dogs, so please don’t be shy if your pet is taking medications or getting treatments of any sort because I can most definitely help with that! My knowledge doesn’t just apply to dogs either. I can take care of exotics, pocket pets, farm animals, birds, cats, and your plants! Humans create fascinating bonds with different animals and I hope to create lasting friendships with yours. I am currently a mixed vegetable farmer growing for the community in Boring OR. We are relatively new to this area and I am looking to establish a network here. I care for all the pets the same as my own, with respect. There is not much more to it except needing to complete the minimum wording for this box :)

About: Grew up in Hawaii. Had many cats,dogs, goats, pigs, horses, and cows. Ofcourse little ones too, gold fish, fighter fish, swimming frogs, hamsters and guinnipigs. Always loved animals, they are ohana and always need love. I work part time and have a helper with me, so we cand be flexible. My young partner enjoys working with animals and has a soft spot in his heart for all animals Our pets are treated like precious children. We love them and protect them as our own ohana. We can see throught their eyes and see the love they have for you and want to keep them happy till you get back.

About: Growing up, my family always had dogs, so I’m pretty comfortable around them and looking after them,too. I officially became a dog mom in 2019 after graduating from college when I adopted an elderly Chihuahua named Lucy. She passed away two years ago, but caring for her gave me experience with senior dogs and administering daily arthritis medication. I now have my girl Peaches. She will be turning 3 in August and is puggle who keeps me on a consistent walking schedule! Through caring for my own dogs and pet sitting for friends and family, I’ve gained experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I also regularly watch my brother’s 2-year-old Staffie mix who is the biggest baby and I love like my own fur baby. I love going on walks, hikes, and visiting farmers markets/local parks/coffe shops, so your pup will get plenty of love, attention, and activity while in my care. I also like to call myself a “master pill hider” because Peaches has definitely made me work for my skills when it comes to giving daily medications 😂 I look forward to meeting your fur baby and possibly you, too! I promise to send consistent photos and videos while they’re in my care, and I’ll always communicate if I notice anything concerning about their behavior. I’d rather ask questions than assume something is normal. Im currently a full-time graduate school and do have in-person classes on campus downtown, so if I’m house sitting your furbaby would have to be ok being alone while I’m away. For walks, I will always keep your dog leashed and be mindful of outside temperatures while we're out. For drop-ins, I’ll make sure they have plenty of fresh water, receive any requested meals or medications, and have supervised outdoor time. If I need to administer medication, I’ll make note of when it was given and observe them afterward to ensure they’re doing well before I leave. Their safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my top priorities.

About: I’ve lived on a farm since I was born, taking care of goats, birds, dogs, cats, and more. I love caring for any animal and am well versed in most animal care things. I am almost completely free every day, so no matter what time you need me, I will be available and ready to care for your animal. At my home, I have a large, unfenced yard; many dogs usually stay close to the main area since the surrounding area is forest. Your dogs or cats can mingle with my other animals if they are social and have ample space to roam. At your home, I can do whatever is best for your animal and home. About: I have been a pet owner for over 20 years and have taken care of a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs. I treat my own fur baby, Dexter, like my own child and I will do the same for yours! He’s my best friend, we do everything together & that’s exactly how I will treat your pup or kitty. I would love to take your fur baby on a nature hike, to the local coffee shop for a puppuccino, to a park to play fetch, or even just playing and lounging around the home. I am here to keep your pet safe and comfortable. Whatever works well and best for them. I work a full-time hybrid position, so my schedule can be flexible at times with advanced scheduling. I am typically able to interact with your fur child as much as needed! We can go on a short walk or hang out at home before I go to work, during my lunch break, and after I am off! Weekends are usually wide open availability. I am no longer offering boarding services at my home, however, I would love to check in on your pet at your home as much as needed. Due to having a pup of my own with his own needs, I will not be able to spend the night at your home. Please note, this prior to booking. I am only available for drop-in visits. Drop in visits typically range from 3-7 times per day, depending on your pet’s needs. I want to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe in the comfort of their home.
