About: I’ve loved and been around animals since childhood. Growing up, my family had both cats and dogs. As an adult, I now have 2 cats of my own. I’m very passionate about human-animal connection. About: I've been taking care of neighbor's cats and dogs since childhood, including overnight house sitting. I've had cats for most my life and have worked with big and small dogs, young and old, including dogs that need a lot of exercise. I have experience taking care of other domestic mammals like rabbits, chinchillas, rats, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, and hedgehogs, as well as exotic birds and reptiles. I'm a big animal over; I majored and worked in wildlife conservation, and am passionate about domestic and wild animals. I work freelance, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to stay home a lot and be with the pets. I have a car to get to people's homes easily for daytime checkins/walks. Depends on the client's specific needs but usually for housesitting I stay at the house and am home often, so I'm able to give the pets attention and care, and let them out for bathroom breaks and walks regularly as needed. I was so grateful to have Savannah take care of my two young boy cats while I was away recently.
