About: I grew up with dogs my whole life and have had cats as well, so I'm comfortable with both. Most recently I've been the go-to sitter for my neighbor's cat during her extended trips away — sometimes up to a month at a time. About: Hi! I'm an animal lover with a remote job, giving me plenty of flexibility and free time to spend with your pet. I've been petsitting and housesitting since 2017, so I'm extremely experienced with many different types of animals, and I'd love to meet yours! I also adopted a dog of my own last year—a sweet and friendly Lab puppy named Cheddar. I grew up with a yellow lab and did most of his training work—I'm happy to teach your dog a new trick or reinforce regular training! I also lived with my sister and her dog for five years after college, frequently caring for her dog and house while she was away. After moving out, I fostered a 3-month-old husky/shepherd mix for a month, which was an amazing experience. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
