I work at a clinic, so I can work Wednesdays or Thursday’s but based around my clinic schedule. My Friday afternoons are open, and can make a morning drop in possible that day at 6am. Saturday through Tuesday I am free all day and can drop in any time.

Of course I will be maintaining feeding schedules, litter box, and water refilling. I am also more than happy to do anything from spending time cuddling with them, to making sure they are safe and giving them a comfortable distance. I am not scared of aggressive kitties, because I know trust is earned. Also, I am not fearful of aggressive dogs, however I’m not comfortable walking them through a neighborhood. Unfortunately, I’m not very strong so I wouldn’t be able to hold a big pup back in an escalated situation. But am not scared of dropping in and making sure they’re taken care of. Whatever instructions you may have, I will follow down to the letter. My cats often have ‘weird’ routines throughout the day, and I understand how important it is to them. I also am no stranger to how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your baby in the care of someone else, so I am more than happy to give as many updates, photos/videos, etc., that you may want throughout my stay.

Let me know if your cat or dog is more aggressive or shy, so I can know to come in quietly and give them space. I get it, new people are scary! I would also love to know any special requests they may need such as medicine or anything else.
A typical day
I know cats and dogs often thrive off of mental and physical stimulation. Whether that’s walks, fetch, or feather toys, and snuggles, I personally love spending time playing with them and providing as much attention as they please! My fur babies get very lonely when I am gone, so I know how vital it is for them to get human interaction.

Are you looking for someone to watch your fur babies on the week days while you work, or when you’re out spending time with your family? I would love to be your gal! ~ A little about me... 🧠 I am a University of Montana graduate, with a bachelors in Psychology. My dream is to one day work with children in a therapeutic setting. Some experience I have had includes working with children in group homes, the mental health field as a NeuroStar treater (which is my current occupation), as well as service work, and pet sitting. ~ Why me? This is more than a job to me, this is your family and I intend to treat them just as well as I would any of my three fur babies at home. I also know how important it is that our babies get love and play just as much as they need their food and water bowls filled. You can trust that I will not get only go above and beyond for your baby, but am also punctual and communicative about the whole process. Please expect long rover card updates, many photos, and videos of your baby unless requested otherwise. Overall, no need for your fur baby is ever too small and is rather something I am more than happy to do. ~ My experience with Cats 🐈 • I have been a cat owner and lover my whole life. The expectation for me growing up was hands on experiencing taking care of them since I can remember. • I adopted an elderly fur baby at 18 and took care of her till her final moments. That is to say I've taken care of elderly kitties, and know how much love and care they need. • I am experienced in giving cats pills, and have taken care of a diabetic cat in the past. This included blood tests and insulin shots. • My older fur baby, Lili, had kidney issues, so l am not shy about accidents or any medical care. • I have also taken care of kittens in my time as a pet sitter. ~ My experience with Dogs 🐕 • I have also owned a pup my whole childhood. • My late baby, Kuma, was a sweetheart who enjoyed daily walks and lots of play and attention. Even in his old age, we made a strong effort to keep his joints moving. Older dogs who may have more needs will never be an issue to me. • I have experience with puppies and bigger dogs. As well as breeds such as pit bulls, and believe that no dog breed is ever inherently dangerous. They are almost always big babies who are cuddle bugs.

Maddisyn was excellent. She was early, kept in close contact before she showed up and very excited about watching our 10 month German Shepherds. While she was watching them during a concert we were attending she kept in close contact to let us know they were doing good. She even let us know that she had left the camper to go to the bathroom and when she returned. She also sent us pictures of them sleeping. I have no doubt that she really does care for the animals she watches and loves what she is doing. Anyone needing sitting in the Missoula area should definitely contact Maddisyn. Highly, highly recommend!
Maddi was great! She kept us informed the whole time and was so loving + kind to our kittens. Will definitely rebook with her!
Maddisyn was great with our dogs, we would (and will) book her again! We could tell she’s spent a lot of time with pets, which really made leaving our pups alone so much easier. One of our dogs is aging and needs some more care; she was very attentive to our sweet old man. Great sitter!
Maddi was a wonderful pet sitter for my cat. She was attentive, caring, and sent me so many photos and updates of him!! I had no issues and I would definitely recommend her! I will be contacting again!!
