“We had such a great experiences! They took amazing care of our dogs and treated them like they were there own. We got updates, pictures, and could tell they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable!”

“Jordan did great with my dogs. From the meet and greet they were comfortable with her. Would recommend her to anyone and in the future will have her visit my dogs again!”

“Kenzie went above and beyond! She took care of our pup like she was her own. She was even kind enough to add on my mom’s dog last minute for the check ins. She spent so much time caring and loving on them. We came home to happier dogs then when we had left.”

“Andrew was a great fit right from the beginning. He has a great nature with animals and and our (not friendly at first) dog warmed right up to him. He was diligent about making sure our baby was taken care of and went above and beyond what we asked of him. We could not have been more at ease leaving for the weekend knowing our family member was taken care of and loved on. Andrew is exceptional and I will definitely use his services above anyone else.”

“Best doggie sitter ever! My Aspen was so happy to have colt and his wife check in on him and walk him. They took their time with him and made sure he had everything he needed before they left. Communication was great! I even got a report card each time with gorgeous pictures of my baby”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would. Diamond blew away my expectations ! To be honest, Diamond was the most expensive of the half dozen sitters I met prior to my visit. I knew my 3yo Husky-Aussie Cattle Dog, Logan, would love her -- he loves everyone. But my 11yo Shepherd-mix, Leo, is more picky and timid. Upon meeting Diamond, he warmed-up to her very fast. Diamond was a keeper ! I was gone Satiurday to Saturday, and Diamond checked-in daily and promptly according to our schedule, shared photos and maps and details of her visit with my boys, and texted me additional info. She was stellar ! I totally and highly recommend Diamond.”

“Sabrina did such an amazing job with my 2 cats! I will definitely be using her again in the future!! It was my first experience with rover, I was very nervous at first but I’m so glad I chose this service and Sabrina.”

About: I’ve worked with many dogs over the years and enjoy helping them become well-behaved and reliable. I focus on obedience, leash training, and potty training, using consistency and patience to build good habits. My goal is to make sure your dog feels comfortable while also learning skills they can carry back home. With a flexible schedule, I’m able to provide consistent, hands-on care throughout the day. Your dog will get regular exercise, structured routines, and plenty of attention—not long periods alone. I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, and walks, and I keep a reliable schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime so your dog feels comfortable and settled. As a former firefighter, safety, awareness, and quick response are second nature to me. I live on 2 acres surrounded by 50 acres, giving dogs plenty of space to safely explore while still being fully supervised. I have three dogs of my own and understand pack dynamics, behavior, and structure. Whether your dog needs crate training, obedience reinforcement, or just a calm, secure environment, I tailor care to fit their needs and keep them safe, exercised, and stress-free.
About: I have experience with dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors, and I can even administer medications, if needed. To me this won't just be another job or a check-in, I want to get to know your dog, cuddle them, and have playtime with them for enrichment. Puppies each have their own personalities and I have taken care of pups with challenging and sassy personalities, including my own 6 month old coonhound who is super independent. I can train puppies, so if you are working long hours and need help with potty training, crate training, or mastering basic commands such as sit, I would love to help you with that while I'm there! My schedule is currently open for the entire summer, Monday through Sunday. If I am needed early morning hours or late evening hours, I am also open to discussing this. During in-home check-ins for dogs, only with your approval, I will give your pup treats for training purposes. Typically I will use single pieces of your dog's kibble to motivate them in learning commands. When it comes to cats, if you are hiring me to take care of your cat while you are gone for work or a trip, I will treat them as an indoor-only cat, no exceptions.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently care for both a dog and a cat. I understand pet behavior, routines, and individual personalities, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, play, and check-ins to ensure each pet gets consistent, attentive care. I’m reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I follow consistent feeding and activity routines, provide enrichment and affection, and maintain a clean environment. I also have a fenced yard for safe, supervised outdoor play

About: Caring for animals has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had pets my entire life and understand how much they mean to their families. I’m comfortable caring for cats and dogs and always make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. In my local community, I also help care for feral cats by feeding them and humanely trapping them so they can be neutered. This helps keep the population under control and improves their quality of life. It’s something I care deeply about and it reflects how much I value animal welfare. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m currently retired, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m available most days and times unless I’m already booked, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins that match your pet’s normal routine. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow the routines and instructions provided by each owner so pets feel secure in their familiar environment. I take time to build trust with each pet and pay close attention to their behavior and needs. I make sure they have fresh water, proper feeding, exercise, and lots of attention. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they are part of my own family. 🐾
About: I have had a lifelong love for animals and have been a pet owner for many years. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and birds. My passion for animals and their well-being has only grown stronger with each and every pet I have had the honor of caring for. I have the sweetest fur babies, a lab and a husky, and they would love to have a companion. I understand the importance of providing proper care and attention to pets as my pups are very special to me and have a strong desire to turn my passion for animals into a career as a professional pet sitter. I understand that leaving your pet with a stranger can be stressful, which is why I am determined to establish a strong and trustful relationship with my clients before any sitting services are scheduled. I will also keep open communication with the pet owners throughout the process to ensure that their furry friends are comfortable and happy in my care. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of finding someone who you can trust to care for your beloved pets while you are away. About: Hi, my name is Kelly! I grew up on a horse farm. We had 6 dogs as well as horses, cats, and more so I am very comfortable with dogs as well as other pets. I got my start as a professional dogsitter because my friends and coworkers would ask me if I could watch their pups while they were out of town. They know I love animals. My home is your dog's home if you choose me. I have a fenced backyard. I make sure to be available as much as I can while I have dog guests and give them lots of attention. My dog, Appa, is very social and easy going. She has been known to help comfort dogs who get anxious. I hope you consider me for your pet care needs! I try to make sure I am home when I have pet guests so they are not left I attended though I do work as well. Safety is my top priority. I always feed dogs in separate rooms and if I have to leave, I will typically isolate in different rooms just to make sure everyone is ok while I am away.
Orange City dog parents share their Rover experiences
Super happy with Kristi’s flexibility and communication. Was in the middle of a grad party so accidentally missed her message and didn’t get back to her for 20+ mins. She ended up hanging out until I responded. My dog initially was too excited to potty so she brought him outside a second time before leaving.

We’ve been using Abigail to help care for my Milo for some time now. I couldn’t be more happy for Milo. Abigail has taken the time to understand his needs and his limitations. Would recommend her to anyone who needs a person of her qualifications and skill set.

Sara was truly the best!! At one point I had to give her a new house code and completely forgot. Since I was on vacation I didn’t have my phone on me much but she tried extremely hard to get a hold of me regardless!! She made every effort!! Once I was able to get her the code it was late and told her it was my fault and if she couldn’t come back, I understood but oh no! Sara was going to make sure our dog was taken care of! I was so thankful for her patience and kindness!! If we need another sitter, we will definitely be booking with her again!!
