About: I adopted my cat in 2022. He was a shut-down shelter guy, and I helped him come out of his shell at his own pace. It took a month for him to come out from under my bed. Now he's my best bud! We moved from Oregon to Florida together in late 2025. He has grown so much in our years together, and I have learned so much about cat communication. When we moved to Florida, we also acclimated to the resident cat, which was a slow, cautious process. Now they play like old friends! I always let the animals lead the interaction and I am very careful to read their queues. I absolutely adore cats and I would love to help care for yours!

About: I work from home so your pup will receive continuous attention and playtime. Personal pet owner of up to 4 dogs at a time. As a RN I have no problem administering your dogs medications, including injections. Daycare/boarding includes walking your pet and possible doggie park on the weekends if you are comfortable with that. After recently losing 2 members of my pack, I decided to spoil and love on other peoples pets. Most of my best friends are dog owners! I prefer a meet and greet before boarding your pet. My greys are friendly and once they do some sniffy sniffs they are good. If your dog likes to mark I do have belly bands to use while in the house.

About: I always loved animals. I have owned cats and dogs in the past. Right now we have a labrador retriever and a cat, they are very adaptable. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m currently retired, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m available most days and times unless I’m already booked, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins that match your pet’s normal routine. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow the routines and instructions provided by each owner so pets feel secure in their familiar environment. I take time to build trust with each pet and pay close attention to their behavior and needs. I make sure they have fresh water, proper feeding, exercise, and lots of attention. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they are part of my own family. 🐾
About: We offer home-based pet care because we genuinely love it. This is something our family chooses to do out of passion, not necessity. We love animals, we enjoy meeting other families who love their pets the way we do, and we believe there should be an affordable alternative for families who want to travel without spending a second vacation budget just to make sure their pets are safe. Our rates are intentionally kept low because our model is built around longer stays and lasting relationships. We are not trying to fill every open night on our calendar. We would much rather become the place your dog returns to again and again, until they know our family, recognize our home, understand the routine, and walk in knowing exactly where they are. We have cared for animals through many stages of life and understand that every pet needs something different. We have a large yard and believe dogs should be allowed to be dogs, whether that means running, sniffing, exploring, playing or lounging outside, while always being mindful of Florida weather and their individual needs. Senior dogs are absolutely welcome too. They may need a slower pace, more sleep, shorter outdoor time or simply a quiet, comfortable place where nobody expects them to keep up. We are happy to give them exactly that. We are not trying to be the right sitter for everyone. We want to build long-term relationships with families who value safety, honesty, trust, affordability and having a genuine home away from home for their pets. Pet care is part of our family’s normal routine while we have visitors staying with us. We want pets to feel like they are staying in a home, not spending their vacation in a boarding facility. We intentionally prefer longer stays rather than occasional single overnights. Our rates are kept affordable because our ideal clients are families traveling for extended periods who want somewhere safe and familiar for their pets without pet care making the vacation itself unaffordable. We take the same approach to drop-in care and prefer longer-term, recurring or extended-trip needs. Safety starts before a new client ever enters our home. Every new family first meets us in a public location for a meet-and-greet. We do not invite prospective clients into our home before meeting them. We love our home, and opening it to someone new is a big decision for our family. The meet-and-greet goes both ways. You are deciding whether you trust us with your pet, and we are deciding whether we are comfortable welcoming you and your pet into our home. We ask questions, pay attention and trust our judgment. If something does not feel right, we will decline the booking. Once we accept a family, we take that relationship seriously. We believe our reviews reflect how much we care about the pets and people we welcome into our lives. Every boarding dog must also have a safe resting space. Crate-trained dogs need to bring their crate. Dogs who are not accustomed to a traditional crate may be able to use an open playpen-style setup instead. This does not mean dogs spend their stay confined. It gives them a secure place to sleep, decompress, eat or be safely separated when needed.
