As a RN I have no problem administering your dogs medications, including injections. Daycare/boarding includes walking your pet and possible doggie park on the weekends if you are comfortable with that. Usually we are at home except for fun outings or emergencies. We do go to church on Sundays. Sunday morning we will be leaving your pet at home alone for about 1 hour and a half. I don't accept pets for Sunday afternoon. I have a fenced backyard, but I never leave your pet in the backyard alone. Your pet will be happy with us when you can't be there.
