“I cannot recommend Megan enough!! My cat Karma hides from everyone. I couldn't remember the last time she was friendly with or approached anyone other than myself. Something about Megan, a magic touch, I'm not sure, but Karma felt safe and even greeted Megan at the door each visit!!! My sister and BF did not believe me. Thankfully, Megan takes lots of pics. We needed someone on short notice, and Megan was amazing. Karma now has a friend and sitter. We couldn't be more thankful that we found Megan. And a thanks to Rover for connecting us with Megan!”

About: As a a pet lover, I have had multiple experiences handling and caring for cats and dogs! I grew up around dogs, have walked two energetic pups, simultaneously, and house sat an older cat, dog, and puppy. I would love to get to know your wonderful animal next :p I work full time at a physical therapy clinic close to where I live, four days a week. My availability on most evenings and weekends, however, is pretty flexible! I am willing to make any last minute appointments work seeing as I have reliable transportation. Open to late evening walks and feeding during the week and early morning walks and feedings most days. If needed, I am willing to watch your pet(s) in your home at any time! I would like to know if there are any accommodations or rules you have for your pets and me. I will respect any decisions you make and your living space.
“I can honestly always count on Jess. She is both amazing with your pets and very reliable. I would trust her to always be on time and love your pet like it is her own.”

“Mylo was amazing!!! She sent daily updates and pics of all pups. The pups seemed taken care of and happy. She also gave them their daily meds. I would definitely book with her again.”

“Kota has big boy power and an extra large personality. I wasn't sure about trusting a stranger to care for him. I'm so glad that I tried Rover and found Kelly. When we had our meet and greet her confidence put me at ease. She listened to my concerns, asked questions and interacted with Kota appropriately. Kelly's the best!”

“Thank you Nicole. I am so surprised that Callie came out while you were there. Brandon and I will love to have you continue as our kitty-cat sitter. Hopefully at some point you will be able to snap a photo of Coco too.”

“I was so lucky to find Averi on here! She was wonderful and affectionate to our big girl Golden. Thanks for also watering the flowers while we were away! Sunny says thanks for all your care and walks.”

“Ven is a great sitter! I was really nervous about leaving my cat with a sitter because she is a bit shy and needed daily medication, but Ven did so amazing with her. They stayed in communication with me and didn’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I would absolutely recommend Ven to anyone looking for care for their pets!”

“Vanessa was great as always! We love using her for flexible drop in care for our sweet dog. She does a great job of providing communication, and pictures. Even took a little extra time to clean up a mess because our dog got sick.”

About: I’ve worked & volunteer at shelters for about 5 years and have experience working with different types of dogs such as reactive, fearful, shy and friendly; as well of many different breeds. I was crossed trained as a veterinary assistant and have given medication before. I’m currently enrolled at Animal Behavior Institute to complete my certification in Advanced Canine Training and Behavior and with Method K9 for the Level 1 Certification. I do have a full time job that is in the evening however this gives me ample time to provide quality care such as play time and long walks in the morning and checking on them late at night for one last potty break and ensuring everything is locked up so your pet is safe & sound. If you leave detailed instructions, I will follow them to a T. I can also provide photos frequently to show your pet having fun and relaxing at home safely. If a concern arises, I will immediately notify you no matter how small. You can always reach out about anything and everything, I love communicating and would want the same if someone was caring for my animals.
“Claire was great with our three kitties! Especially with her skill and willingness to give insulin injections to our one diabetic boy! She was prompt, responsive and provided great feedback about her drop in visits. Highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with animals my whole life, especially dogs and cats. At a time we always had four dogs and four cats. I also have two cats of my own and cannot have a dog at the moment, but I miss interacting with them and being around their goofy, loving, and fun personalities! My I currently work week days from 7:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. and am available weekends! My daily routing includes taking a morning walk every day from 5:00-5:30 a.m but I love walking at all parts of the day! I love my cats more than anything and will treat your pets the same! On top of daily love and care, they have an automatic litter box that I completely clean (fully soaked and scrubbed) every week, I take the time to make nutritious meals for them every morning and night that includes real salmon, minnows, vitamins, and other goodies! They are brushed every other day and their nails are clipped every three weeks!
About: I grew up with a golden retriever for almost 10 years and learned all of the responsibilities of walking, washing, loving, and playing with dogs and I had a 3 1/2 year old cat whom I learned to care for on my own as well for the past 3 years. I also have experience pet/house sitting and just dropping in on friends dogs or cats as a teenager. I'm currently working full time but I work remotely so it you need a house sitter, I can work from there and take breaks to play, let dog out, feed, etc. I only work Mon to Fri so can easily house sit on the weekend at any time. If you only need a dog walker, I am available after 5pm during weekdays but am available anytime on Sat and/or Sunday. I care for your dog and/or cat while house sitting by walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with them. I have a car that I can bring them to a vet, if needed.

Opportunity cat parents share their Rover experiences
A wonderful sitter with great attention to detail! Mylo was a pleasure to work with, and provided thorough consistent updates through the course of two weeks. They went above and beyond for our pets and I would gladly entrust our fur babies with Mylo again. Thank you so much!

Marbel is a trouble cat rescue who is still calming down. She wants to be sweet but can strike out. I provided cautions and said where she's doing well. Valerie did a great job taking care of her, litter box was clean and images provided for each visit. I'm very pleased.

Jessalyn did a great job dropping in on our cat while we were on vacation! She sent lots of pictures, played with him with toys so he didn’t get super bored, and took very good care of him with food, water, and cat treats. His litter box was clean and he had been brushed as requested. We will definitely use her again 😊👍

Kimarie did an excellent job with Elle and took care of our home while we were gone. She is a great communicator and kept up the same routine our pet was used to, so it was like we were never gone. We have a difficult animal and it was noticeable how much more calm and happy our pet was when we came home, vs what happens when friends and family have pet-sit for us. Kimarie really cares, and goes above and beyond. We'll be asking her to pet-sit for us every time we're out of town now.

Ven is a great sitter! I was really nervous about leaving my cat with a sitter because she is a bit shy and needed daily medication, but Ven did so amazing with her. They stayed in communication with me and didn’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I would absolutely recommend Ven to anyone looking for care for their pets!
