I specialize in reactive, shy, elder, and special-needs pets. My background in shelter care, training, and grooming helps me safely handle animals many sitters cannot. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, personalities, and ages since I was very young, learning dog behavior from my mother, who was a professional dog trainer. In 2017, I started my own dog walking business and built a loyal clientele, and later became a shelter technician at SCRAPS, deepening my experience and empathy for pets of all kinds. I’m trained to give medications orally, topically, ophthalmically, subcutaneously, and in the ear. I’m also a PetSmart-trained dog groomer, so baths if your pup needs extra pampering. Whether your furry friend needs a walk, some cuddles, a game of tug of war, someone to keep them out of trouble, or just a companion to sit with them, I tailor my care to their personality and needs. I focus on making every visit safe and fun, and making your pet feel happy during their stay.

Mylo was great and I would highly recommend him for your next dog sitting needs. Mylo was attentive, caring, and patient with my crazy dogs. He was great at communicating how my dogs were doing and of any concerns/needs that may have arisen during his time checking on them. I loved getting his daily updates and pictures of my much loved pups. They seemed to love him as well. I would definitely book him again in the future to watch them again.
Mylo did a wonderful job taking care of my special-needs senior dog. Incredibly caring, attentive, and compassionate, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Communication was excellent, kept me updated and always responsive. I could tell my dog was in great hands. I highly recommend Mylo!
She’s wonderful!
Mylo did a super job dropping in and helping us out with our dogs over the holiday weekend. We were so grateful knowing that she was spending time with our dogs while we were away from our home. She gave them attention, pets, play time, fresh water, fed them, and even retrieved a beloved ball from underneath the deck and saved the day. She was communicative and kept us updated with messages and photos. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook with Mylo again.
The pups adore Mylo. She is great. Mylo makes sure to keep their area clean, give them their meds, and provides scratching for each pup. I love getting pics of all the pups and a daily update.

Safety, trust & environment
I make sure pets are fed, watered, let out, and any messes cleaned up. I follow all instructions, double-check doors and windows, and spend quality time cuddling, playing, and keeping them happy and safe. I do my best to leave my clients home exactly as it was when I got there or better.
Pets
A typical day
I love going for walks — most dogs do too! I focus on walking for the dogs, not for me, stopping to sniff and explore as much as they like. I want them to see, smell, and enjoy everything! If we dont want a walk, I am happy to play with them in however way they like for as long as they like! Kitties get plenty of playtime too, whatever they enjoy, whether it’s teasers, catnip, fetch, or puzzles. I’m also happy to chill with a lazy pet; I know not every pup or kitty has endless energy! I do offer endless scratches for every furbaby though! I am a Petsmart bather, which gives me the experience to shave out mats and clip claws as part of my bath add on if wanted! My standard bath add on in my home for boarder includes waterless shampoo (with the option of regular, deshed, or dander reducing), brush out, ear cleaning, and pet safe cologne spray of your choosing (just ask for the list!) Adding a nail clipping is an additional $5, while a dematting charge must be determined based on the severity, between $5-$10 The standard bath add on in your home is $25 for cats and $25-$75 for dogs depending on the size of yours, but I use your shampoo/conditioner, it still comes with a brush out but not the ear cleaning or cologne because I dont bring those products with me! If you have them I'll happily use them though! Nail clipping (with your nail clippers or grinders) is still an additional $5, and if you have clippers I can shave out the paw pads for another $5 and minor mats for $5-$10 but I don't work on severe mats because of safety concerns.

- Let me know if your pet has any special needs, health concerns, or medications I should be aware of, or if they have any quirks or fears. It’s also helpful to know their daily routines, favourite toys, where the treats are, where the cleaning supplies are, or any specific rules in your home. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your kitty or pup is happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away.
