About: I I’ve grown up caring for dogs—especially large breeds—and genuinely love spending time with them. I’d be thrilled to help care for your dog and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well-loved while you’re away. I’m a registered nurse and work just three days a week, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time at home to provide attentive, reliable care. I am comfortable and experience in giving all types of medications as well and as a nurse I am very attentive to detail! I also have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy of my own, Nola, so I’m very familiar with the needs, energy, and personalities of bigger dogs. We spend a lot of time playing in our backyard aince it is fully fenced, front and back, and going on neighborhood walks, and I’d love to include your pup in the fun! We have a huge backyard that your pup can enjoy and a playmate as well! Look forward to taking care of your pups :) I am currently looking for something part-time to pick up and help out here and there when it is convenient in my current weekly schedule I am a very trustworthy and organized person. Being on time is key as well as being able to fulfill the tasks that is expected.

About: Hi, my name is Kate! I recently moved to the Alexandria area and am without a dog for the first time ever, so I am super excited to walk/play/stay with your pup! I have had dogs of all kinds throughout my life - from 30lb terrier to 100+lb labradors - so I know the drill on how to best care for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I can’t wait to learn more about your pup and help lovie and care for them whenever you need! I am currently job searching, so am free at most times on most days. I will soon be starting part time work at a restaurant, so will have more availability in the mornings and afternoons, but for now I am available at any time to care for your pup! I am currently in an apartment, but am sure to take the dog(s) outside at least once per hour to ensure they have as many opportunities as possible to get all their energy out!

About: I’ve had a dog almost all my life, very comfortable with big or small dogs and whatever their walking/ feeding/ playing needs are. Can adjust accordingly. I am available for walks either early in the morning, after 5 pm, and anytime on the weekends! I am working full time but given enough heads up I can adjust my schedule around work. I live in an apartment which is very spacious. There is grass downstairs but I would typically walk a long the building and into the neighborhood nearby.

About: Currently work as a Pediatric Physician Assistant and love doing Rover on the side! currently have a 2 adopted rescue from South Korea. I’ve been doing Rover with all different types of dogs. I love getting my steps in and would love to have another friend join me whether in the hot or cold weather. Currently working full time and have more time to spend with other dogs on the weekends! I would love meet your dog and give them all the love. I love getting my steps in so we could go on walks together, but also if your dog just needs some attention at home I would love to stop by and let them on a bathroom break and give them lots of love!

About: Hi there! I’m Grant - my wife and I are huge dog lovers. In April of 2025, we lost our first dog, Moose, a 90lb golden retriever mix. To honor his memory, we began a fostering journey. We successfully fostered out 5 dogs (3 of them seniors) to their forever homes over the next year (including the 5th one, who became our own!). We are aquatinted with all kinds and sizes with dogs. It’s been an honor to get to know each one and explore their unique personalities! We currently have 2 dogs of our own at home: Ellie, a 3yo petite Great Pyrenees, and Charlie, a 2yo Australian Shepherd. They LIVE for playing with other dogs - we’d love to host your pup and provide them a happy, fun, safe space to stay while you are away. Do you have a big dog? Are you anxious about it pulling your dog walker? I’ve got experience with large dogs pulling and I can handle yours. I will give them the distance and space they need to have a happy and safe walk. I get anxious when we have others look after our dogs. Anything could happen. Know that I will bring every bit of care and safety to your dog that I bring to mine every day. I might spoil your dog with good caring ❤️ Morning potty walk / lunch play & walk (30-40mins) / evening play &walk (30-40mins) + before bed time pee walk. Also scheduled meal time after walk. I keep dogs happy but also safe. I normally share photos of your dog regularly to make sure you know your dog’s doing well through Rover app.
