We have a 10 year-old lab and a 5 month old great pyr mix puppy and so having Sarah staying in our home was so wonderful to keep my girls comfortable and together. My Lab got sick several times on my last day of vacation and Sarah kept me updated almost every hour, escalated it and called the vet line to get advice. I was out of the country and so far from home, so having Sarah raise concerns for me and care for my girls like they were her own was incredible. I knew she was in good hands and if there were an emergency, Sarah would’ve gotten my 80+ lb lab to the vet ASAP! Between my little one having accidents and my older one being sick, Sarah not only cleaned up after them every time but also cleaned blankets and towels that got dirty. This was not expected and she went above and beyond. She of course also sent lots of fun updates and cute pics, and also ended the visit with a video detailing the laundry / cleanliness of my house.
