About: I've taken care of dogs for around 7 years as I've walked, played, or house-sat my own dog and my neighbors dogs and had a blast doing it. I am available most late mornings and afternoons, weekends are hard because I have soccer reffing for the whole day each day and it would be hard to squeeze a dog walk in. I can easily settle dogs down, crate dogs, and make them feel relaxed without stress when they sense danger or something is off. I am able to control them no matter the strength they have.

“I was impressed with Daniel right from the start! He is a very humble, respectful, responsible, kind young man who loves animals. My dog Sophie immediately took to him and she would have great walks with him. I asked a lot from Daniel when I went on holiday…and he delivered! He came to my home for 10 days to not only walk my dog but also feed her…give her medicine, and as a bonus, he played with her. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. No questions or higher charge. He sent a lot of photos too. Since I’ve been back from my holiday, I’ve been in poor health. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. For example, He remembers to dry Sophie’s paws when they arrive from a walk in the snow or rain. I highly recommend Daniel as your dog walker or sitter.”

About: Back in my college days, I worked in a dog daycare with dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes. Before Rover, I mostly pet sat for my friends and family. In addition, I have 14 of experience caring for my own dogs. I understand the struggles that come with leaving your pet with a stranger so please rest assured that your fur baby will be well taken care of. I will always treat your fur baby with lots of love and kindness and adhere to your instructions to the best of my ability. I currently work a 9-5 at a hospital. I have the flexibility to work from home 3x a week so I’m able to do drop ins and walks on those days. In addition, I am available most weekends and holidays. It is always helpful to have written instructions on how to care for your pet. For example, activities they enjoy most, things they absolutely hate, or undesirable behaviors to look for. Let me know their daily routines so I can do my best to make they feel like they’re with family and not just some stranger.

About: I've taken care of animals of all kinds since I was a kid and moved out of my parents house as an adult just to get a cat. I've worked with difficult dogs in the past and am very patient and thorough. I would love to show your furry family member the attention and care they deserve.
