About: I’ve been caring for dogs as long as I can remember. Every breed from labs to doodles to yorkies. I’ve trained puppies and cared for dogs after health emergencies. I’m excited to meet your fur baby! I’m a full time medical resident who’s interested in walking dogs in the evenings and sitting for dogs on weekends. Interested in incorporating your dogs schedule into my routine I attentively listen to the instructions of the guardian to ensure full understanding of their expectations. I actively observe the surroundings both outside and in the home to avoid issues before they arise. About: With us you get not only one but TWO dedicated pet sitters! My partner and I have been around dogs and pets since we were kids, and we've had my chihuahua mix for 4 years now. I volunteer at shelters and rescues, have dog sat for friends and family for years, and have fostered dogs of all ages. We love dogs of all sizes and personalities and we'd be honored to take care of your best friend! Please note we offer pick up and drop off for an additional fee. TO ANY RETURNING CLIENTS: I have moved locally sooner than I expected. I now live in Del Ray, Alexandria. I am still happy to come pick up/drop off your pup! My partner and I are both personal trainers and work at most just 4-5 hours at a time, and can hang out and love on your pet the rest of the time! Even when one of us is out it is likely the other one is home with your pup, and even if we both have to step out your furry friend will always have my chihuahua mix for company. He loves to nap inside and then enjoy multiple walks a day around the neighborhood. We'll be able to play together all day everyday! My dog gets along with everyone and is a wonderful play companion. However, he can also take naps and mind his own business if your dog prefers! We live in an apartment with plenty of room to play, and I have an extra room where I can crate your dog if needed. If your dog loves the dog park we are happy to take them - Ricky is a regular!
