“Jessica is incredibly communicative and so loving to my pup! She goes above and beyond, making sure to tell me a little about their walk each day. Reading her notes about Harley are the highlight of my days! 😊”

“naomylee was able to step in at a moments notice to take out my winston. she was thorough and i can tell she loves the fur babies. she took such good care of winston despite him being a larger size as well as quite anxious on walks. i cannot recommend her enough — will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 11, including my own and pets for neighbors and friends. I love building trust with each pet and understanding their unique personalities. Whether it’s walks, playtime or just keeping them company, I’m patient, reliable, and treat every pet like family. I’ll be taking a break from work starting April 27, so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pets my full attention. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 1 PM, and I’m happy to be flexible with advance communication to fit your schedule. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with amenities designed for pet owners. My neighborhood is quiet, residential, and low-traffic, making it a safe and peaceful environment for walks and playtime. I always prioritize a calm, clean, and secure space so your pet feels comfortable and at home.
“Matthew was super helpful on short notice and came twice in one day to make sure Cappy got his walks in while I was stuck at the office. Punctual, communicative, and tired him out!”

“Ciara was great! She was sweet, respectful and responsive, taking great care of Kayson and even ensured our cat Bahjera was good while there. I’m so grateful and would recommend her to anyone. 10/10 recommend.”

“Daniel was great! He was super reliable, communicative, and made my dog comfortable. He prioritized good, long walks which was exactly what I asked for. Would have him back again!”

“Erin was phenomenal! She was available last minute which was a lifesaver. She was absolutely wonderful with my dog and gave a very detailed report which helped ease my anxiety.”

“I highly recommend Carol! She is so communicative and thorough, providing updates and making sure to follow all instructions. It’s obvious how much Carol loves animals, and my dog must have felt her kind presence too - he usually whines and cries when left alone, but he was totally calm after his walk with Carol. I will be booking again!”

“Jen is great! She is communicative and sends lots of photo updates. You can tell she truly cares and Murphy loved his walks with her! Highly recommend! Thanks again Jen!”

“Emily is such a joy to work with! My pup and I are both grateful for her thoughtfulness and care. She’s quick to communicate and brings an ease to any pet parent who has nerves about finding a trusted person to care for their fur family member! I would highly recommend!”

About: I had my dog for 11 years of my life, until she recently passed. I’ve also cared for my neighbors cat for two years. While I miss my pet, I would find so much joy in caring for yours! I’m currently home for the summer from college, and I have a very free summer! I am super flexible and can care for your fur babies whenever you need! I have a fenced yard, and when I am out of my house the pet would be safely confined to one room and made as comfortable as possible. I am fully comfortable walking your dog as needed, and having play time!
About: I grew up in the vet hospital where my mom worked and have cared for and had cats of my own since I was 8. I’m a totally sane “crazy cat lady” with 4 of my own and pet aficionado. I’m retired after working hard to provide my kitties the life to which I aspire 😹 I’d love to pamper your kitty or walk your pup while you’re away so that you don’t have to worry about them. I’m experienced with special diets and administering medications( pills, liquids and shots). I’m retired so I have flexibility for visits and can spend time with your furry one while you’re away. I’m happy to send daily pics from the visit too. For kitties, I will follow your feeding instructions, change out their water and scoop their litterbox daily and provide any necessary medications. For dogs, I’ll provide a walk and playtime per your stated needs. I know pets are all unique but if yours wants brushing or pet pets or playtime, I’m happy to provide that daily as well. Please let me know if there’s a preferred time of day… not all kitties are morning kitties 😹
About: I have over 6 years of pet sitting experience, starting in high school and continuing through college. I’ve cared for cats of all sizes and temperaments, as well as dogs, including my own senior dog. My experience includes administering medication to both dogs and cats, and providing care for several older pets. I’m comfortable with animals of all needs, from delicate lovebirds to energetic hound dogs, and always provide patient, reliable, and loving care. I’m currently a student with remote options, so sitting and walking fits perfectly in my routine! I’m very flexible and can adjust to your schedule. I care for pets in their own home by sticking closely to their routine and making sure they feel comfortable, especially seniors or pets needing medication. I’m attentive to each animal’s personality, whether that means giving extra patience, playtime, or quiet companionship.

About: Loving animals has been a core personality trait of mine for my entire life. I majored in bio-veterinary medicine in college and during that time worked as a vet tech. I have worked with just about every kind of animal (seriously, I’ve been a farm hand, a zookeeper, and a sea turtle rehabilitator) and feel very comfortable with all ages. From the teeniest puppy to the sweetest senior, I love them all! I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to adjust my schedule to your pet’s preferred schedule. If you are looking for someone to keep your favorite family member company at home, I’m also happy to work from there as well. I strongly believe in following house rules as pertains to your pet. If they get a little snack in the middle of the day, I can give them one. If they need to be crated after a walk, I can crate them. I know that every animal has their own personality and requires their own level of patience and attention. Before taking on a client I am sure to understand each animal’s needs. If they are not dog-friendly, kid-friendly, squirrel-friendly, I’ll want to know so I can cater my time with them accordingly.
About: I’ve been a dog sitter for friends and family for over 7 years. I love dog walking and giving dogs the opportunity to sniff and play during their time outside. I also am a cat mom and cat whisperer. My family has 5 cats and I have 1 so I am very well versed in understanding cat body language and boundaries. I work remotely and have a lot of down time between my meetings. My work schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to take some time off during the day if need be for pet care. I live in an apartment, with many parks around me for dog walks. I have a balcony in my apartment and am vigilant to never let animals out there for safety purposes.

About: I’ve been with dogs my whole life, from Huskies to now a Wiener dog. I work fully remote from home so I’ll constantly be able to keep attention to the dog and provide frequent potty breaks. I also do daily walks with my dog during break time and in the afternoon. I currently work fully remote at home and provide a minimum of 2 walks and frequent potty breaks while showing attention to your dog all day. I live in an apartment, but in a good area where we take daily walks on trails and even dog park visits if allowed by you
Arlington Ridge dog parents share their Rover experiences
Hilary did a great job taking care of Mona while we were away. Communication was excellent, she was reliable, and it was clear Mona was comfortable and happy in her care. Mona is 17 and has a few extra needs, including medication, and Hilary handled everything perfectly. We came home to a happy dog and had complete peace of mind while we were gone. We’d absolutely book with her again.

Vianca is a rockstar and I can't say enough good things about her. She is a wonderful human and loves animals and they in turn love her. She is attuned to the needs of my senior princess and I feel so comfortable with leaving my squishy baby with Vianca. She is the best!

Albedardo is such a genuine and trustworthy guy! We love him and so do our pups! Our little dogs are like our children so we need to be sure that anyone we entrust their care to is going to treat them with love and kindness. Albedardo does this and then some. Absolutely top class young man, super reliable and flawless communication always keeping us informed of even the tiniest details so that we’re never left wondering how the visit went and how the dogs are doing when we’re not there. Highly recommended!
