About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. If you're interested, I invite you to come by for a meet and greet—see the space, meet me, and let me meet your little one. I look forward to being your dog’s new best friend! Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

“Athena is great! Rockee is always excited to see her in the morning, and I appreciate her flexibility with my work schedule and open communication. She’s also been helping with Rockee’s reactivity and I’ve noticed a calmer demeanor when he’s around other dogs. Thank you Athena!”

“Noni was so great and Tahoe enjoyed his stay! He came back with a new toy & we were so happy to get so many updates. She was patient and understanding as he is a shelter dog finding his rhythm in the world.”

About: Hi Paw-rents! Thanks so much for stopping by! I know how personal it is to choose someone to care for your beloved pet—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is simple: to make sure your furry family member feels safe, relaxed, and loved while you’re away, and that you feel completely at ease knowing they’re in great hands. I bring a calm, grounded presence to pet care, shaped by my background in social work and trauma-informed support. I understand how to meet each pet exactly where they are—whether they’re shy, high-energy, older, or need a little extra patience. I move at their pace, tune into their cues, and make sure they feel secure every step of the way. In my free time you’ll find me outdoors hiking, exploring national parks, or walking my sweet dog Zuri and exploring dog heaven at Fort Funston Beach. Zuri is incredibly gentle, and we love hosting dog friends at our peaceful, pet-friendly home. You can count on me for: Thoughtful, loving, and responsible care Clear, consistent communication A calm, structured environment your pet can settle into If you're looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your pet’s well-being—I’d love to connect. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry family! I'm currently working part-time, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve. I’m available for boarding, daycare, and drop-ins—mornings and afternoons or evenings Wednesday through Sunday. Whether your pup needs a playful day or a cozy overnight stay, I’ve got you covered! A Typical Day with Me I love spending time outdoors, so your pup and I will enjoy walks exploring the neighborhood and sniffing new scents. With your approval, I’ll offer healthy treats to keep things fun. We might visit the dog park for some social time, then relax with sunbathing or quiet rest. At home, your dog can play with my gentle pup Zuri—or I’m happy to keep them separate if needed. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of time to be fully present and give your pet all the love and attention they deserve. I truly enjoy building bonds with every dog I care for—it’s one of my favorite parts of this work!

About: I have over 15+ years of hands-on pet care experience, starting from growing up on a dairy farm surrounded by a variety of animals and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’ve been the go-to dog walker and pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers since childhood, and even became the unofficial dog walker at my previous pet-friendly office. I currently live with two chinchillas (who have their room for their privacy from any furry visitors). I’m always thoughtful about making sure visiting pets feel safe, comfortable, and respected — whether they’re big, small, shy, or playful. I’m confident managing different temperaments, sizes, and routines, and I bring a calm, attentive presence to every visit. I currently work part-time and freelance, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule. Pet care fits in perfectly — I genuinely enjoy building my days around walks, visits, and quality time with animals. I’m often home during the week and always looking for a good reason to get outside on the weekends, so spending time with pets is something I naturally make space for. Whether it's a midday walk or a weekend overnight stay, I'm happy to adjust my routine to meet each pet’s needs. In my home, I create a calm and safe environment where pets can feel comfortable and cared for. I have access to a dog park right in my apartment complex, plus I’m just a short walk from both Washington Park and the Alameda Dog Park — perfect for playtime, enrichment, and exercise. I’m happy to crate your dog if needed, and I always follow each pet’s routine closely to help them feel at home. Whether I’m hosting your pet or caring for them in your home, I bring lots of energy, patience, and attention to detail. I make sure they’re getting the activity, affection, and structure they need — and plenty of fun, too.

“Chana and Jake were great! They were able to accommodate my 6 month puppy less than 12 hours before when my usual sitter had to cancel. Momo was able to play, snuggle, and get lots of exercise. They sent me photos and reassured me when I was anxious.”

“From the first meeting, it was evident that Anas has a genuine passion for dogs and a talent for handling them. His communication was excellent, he was very responsive and adaptable. When we returned home, my dog fell asleep immediately, a clear sign that he had a great time.”

“Charlene was excellent! My pup has high anxiety and he enjoyed his time there. She is very knowledgeable on dog care and we are super pleased with her services!”

About: Growing up in a dog-loving household, I developed a deep connection with canines from an early age. My proudest experience was raising my own corgi from puppyhood, learning all aspects of responsible pet ownership. This hands-on experience taught me everything from training and grooming to understanding unique breed characteristics. Combined with helping care for my parents' dogs, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of dog behavior, daily care routines, and the importance of consistent, loving attention. As a student with a flexible schedule, I'm available consistently on weekends and most weekday afternoons. I carefully plan my pet care commitments around my classes to ensure dedicated, unrushed time with each pet. I can provide morning walks, midday check-ins, and extended playtime sessions, always prioritizing the pets' routines and needs. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. When visiting clients' homes, I follow their specific care instructions meticulously and maintain regular updates through photos and messages. I ensure all doors are secured, maintain a clean environment, and keep pets on their regular feeding and exercise schedules. I also have pet first-aid knowledge for added peace of mind.

About: I’ve dog sat for friends and family in the past 2 years and I’ve loved the experience. Happy to provide references and chat more about my experience. My best friend lives on my floor and we take walks with his dog every morning and evening so it’s very well incorporated in my schedule I make my place conducive for pets since I have one visit often. No cords laying around, vacuumed floors and room temperature thermostat. This also applies to client apartments

“Schatze loves Alexandra!!!! Between the walks on the lake, the pet friend she gets to play with, and all the love, my dog gets more and more excited each time i drop her off.”

“Azar was great with the coqui! She’s so nice and easy to coordinate with. We met beforehand and it was clear she loves dogs, so I was comfortable with her caring for coqui. She sent some pics of him couch lounging and took him on a bunch of walks. I would definitely have him hang with her again.”

“Kenneth cared for our Rottweiler mix, Tahoe, on a last minute request! He was very knowledge and we instantly knew we could trust him with our rescue. He clearly understands dogs and loves them. He sent us updates and Tahoe enjoyed his time out in the patio & getting to know Maze. Reliable and truly caring!”

“I really appreciated the quick and clear communication, including specific care Jakree gave our dog while he was with him for the day. He sent photos throughout the day which was comforting to see. He has a dog friendly backyard where my dog had fun playing with the other dogs in his care. I will definitely reach out to Jakree again.”

“Otis has a fantastic Saturday at day camp. The entire crew welcomed him with open arms and he came home tired and happy! Stephanie sent great videos and updates of their adventures.”

About: ***IMMEDIATE JACK LONDON SQ ONLY FOR WALKS/DROP-INS PLEASE *** Trust is everything, especially when it comes to caring for our pups! I believe ALL dogs are stars with their own unique "genre" (Punk, EDM, R&B, Rock, Pop, easy listening) and let's face it, this is how they crack us up on a daily basis! I believe positive reinforcement, but also Cesar's Way (exercise, discipline, affection) and include lots of playfulness in the process (solo or with my pup - your preference). I enjoy assisting in ongoing training (how to improve walking on a leash, how to look good for their "Dogs playing poker" portrait, etc) while in my care. Whether it be for a brief stay or a brisk walk (A tired dog is a happy dog!) I can't wait to meet your fluffy family member and help ease your mind while you are away from them. I have worked with dogs that may be fearful or have anxiety (many often confuse with being "aggressive" when this is not the case). Being attentive on our walks at all times is paramount...I'm not one who focuses on looking at my phone constantly (unless I'm taking pics of our walk to send to you!) while letting your pup pick up or eat something they shouldn't. Many thanks! I currently work from home and have flexibility to work with local dogs for walks/drop-ins in the Jack London Square area and boarding (near or far). I have a large fenced patio and is easy to monitor the fur monsters if they want to enjoy the outdoors a bit during their day.

Without a doubt, she goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of her furry clients. Leading with patient, fear-free engagement and positive reinforcement, Aimee works hard to ensure each dog feels confident, comfortable and cared for from the moment they step a paw through her front door. To cultivate a true home-away-from-home environment, she has set up her entire house to ensure the maximum comfort and accessibility for each of her Lucky Dog guests. Pups arrive each day with wagging tails and loads of excitement and leave content from a fun-filled day with friends of socializing, playtime, hikes, cuddles, treats, naps, belly rubs and so much more. At Lucky Dog Social Club, Aimee brings the whole package when it comes to caring for your pup—she will love them like her own and you can rest easy knowing they are in her hands…and her heart!”

Gregory R.
“I relied on Greg to provide a safe and affectionate environment for almost two years before I moved to Southern California. My pup, Frankie, came from the shelter with a fear of men which made finding a pet sitter a challenge. I once asked my male neighbor to walk my dog as a favor, and he was afraid that my nutty little Spaniel was going to bite him! In contrast, Frankie never ever feared Greg, and that gave me peace of mind when I dropped him off. Greg was also cognizant of Frankie's sensitivities and took care to not expose him to fearful situations unnecessarily. Frankie loved going to Greg's -- even saying Greg's name around the house elicited ear perking and head tilting. Greg's dog, Theo, is a big lovebug and played well with Frankie, too. Greg is a dog lover of all sizes and will care for your fur baby like family. I never had to worry that my fur baby was going to miss his meals, his medication, or come home dirty or traumatized. If you are looking for a reliable and caring dog caregiver, I highly recommend Greg without any reservations.”

Sara and Evan took great care of Luna! They were really accommodating of our schedule and shared lots of pics of how she was getting on.

Lilly provided great care and comfort to my pet during his stay with her. She asked for all the details about my pet and his preferences, she also made every accomodation to ensure he had a safe and comfortable stay. She sent us photo updates and communicated often with great and detailed updates. Thank you Lilly, I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby with you

Aman took great care of Bo. He was calm and kind. Gave me updates and pictures throughout the day. Even dropped Bo at my house at the end of the day. I would have him watch Bo again!

Jiayi was great with my fur baby Maui, and I look forward to booking with her again. This was our first daycare sitting with Jiayi and she was so patient, thoughtful, and conscientious giving lots of belly rubs and love, to calm his separation anxiety, and giving me lots of updates and photos. She also remembered all the notes I gave her and reviewed them with me at drop off, which I really appreciate. Her corgi is also easy to get along with and chill while Maui was showered with attention and made to feel at home. :) Thank you, Jiayi!

Jessica was wonderful with my dog, Luna! Great communicator, kind, and Luna came home happy. We look forward to working with her again soon!

Kenneth cared for our Rottweiler mix, Tahoe, on a last minute request! He was very knowledge and we instantly knew we could trust him with our rescue. He clearly understands dogs and loves them. Cheyanne was able to look after our dog on short notice so we could enjoy a night out! We’re incredibly grateful for her kindness and for sending updates on our baby! Thank you Cheyanne!

Chanakarn and Jakree had been sitting our dog Socks for a couple of years now. We’re happy with their service. They are always around which is assuring given that our dog has separation anxiety issues. They always share pictures and updates frequently throughout the boarding. Highly recommend them.

Thank you Veronica! It was so helpful to have you watch Aspen! We’ll definitely book with you next time we’re in town!

Jakree took such great care of my dog for two days! He was kind, communicative, and made sure my pup felt safe and happy. I could tell she was well looked after and enjoyed her time with him. Would definitely trust him again in the future! Thank you 🙏

Alexis is an amazing dog sitter. She’s communicative, responds in a timely manner, and is very flexible and I understanding. Our young and energetic dog loves spending time with Alexis! She runs towards her door the moment I park to initiate the drop off which is a clear indicator our dog is super excited to see her. Thanks, Alexis!

Zi took such great care of our senior shepherd again. I'm so grateful she was available to watch our pup when we needed last minute day care. We would recommend her!

Athena is great! Rockee is always excited to see her in the morning, and I appreciate her flexibility with my work schedule and open communication. She’s also been helping with Rockee’s reactivity and I’ve noticed a calmer demeanor when he’s around other dogs. Thank you Athena!

Didem was amazing! She was able to help me watch Lottie with a day’s notice. She also kept me posted on all things Lottie and really wanted to understand her the best she could to make her comfortable. Lottie usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but Lottie warmed up to her almost immediately. I know she had a great time with Didem! I will definitely be reaching out to Didem in the future! Thank you so much for watching Lottie! :)

Kaitlyn was great- responsive, flexible in scheduling a meet and greet and our dog seemed to take to her right away. She walked our dog several time throughout the day and gave several updates, including pictures. I would definitely recommend Kaitlyn and hope to book her for doggy day care again.

Noni was so great and Tahoe enjoyed his stay! He came back with a new toy & we were so happy to get so many updates. She was patient and understanding as he is a shelter dog finding his rhythm in the world.

My dog stayed with them today for daycare for the first time and had a great time. He remembered the house from the meet and greet and charged right up the stairs to get inside.

Sophia is a gem of a human as well as being amazing with my older puppy. I almost don't want to give away the secret. She is a professional, warm caring person who clearly loves dogs! She made my little gal comfortable immediately (which is almost unheard of!) and I felt completely confident in her ability to take excellent care of my dog, who is a very nervous, not well trained rescue. Sophia is so experienced, has all the gear your pup might need (beds! treats! pee pads and poop bags!) and a beautiful, clean home with incredible bonus features (an indoor/outdoor dog area for potty breaks, OMG). She even did a meet and greet and a trial run day with our pup to make sure it would be a good fit for everyone. Sophia is just incredible and will be our go-to person anytime we need doggie daycare or trip coverage and I am so, so happy we found her!
