About: I have always had pets in my life. I had made sure they were properly fed in the right amount at the right times and always had a fresh bowl of water. They never go without love as well as making sure they have their space to go and do their thing. Pets will always be taken care of with me and made sure they go home happy and healthy. :) I am currently unemployed. This gives me the chance to give your furr babies even more of my full attention, care, and cuddles to your animals. If taken care of at my house, I treat them the same as if they were at your house. I make sure they are comfortable.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds for 20 years. Friends, neighbors, and clients have happily relied on me to take care of and love their fur babies while they're away. Consistent communication, trustworthy, and best friend to all dogs. I have a flexible schedule right now with taking care of my returning clients/friends pets. I have nothing but time to protect your home and to love, play with, and take care of your fur babies any time of the week for any amount of time. Trying to get to full time with pet care and obtain my animal acupressure and massage certification. I frequently take clients dogs on walks or play with them in a fenced yard for potty breaks and exercise. I also love to spend time with and give care to your pets inside your home where they feel comfortable when you are away. I can easily crate them if needed, cleanliness is guaranteed, and even have helped dogs with after surgery care. Again, plenty of expirience in all fields of pet care from boarding to in home care with reputable feedback.

About: I grew up with dogs since I was about 4! I have a big family with lots of aunts and uncles that rely on me to take care of their dogs while they are gone on trips. I love getting to know pets with all different personalities. I work 8-5 five days a week with rotating days. I go straight back to your home after work and am able to spend the rest of the night with your pets. I have a lunch in the middle of the work day I can check on the pets depending on distance. I am easy to reach outside of sleeping hours and can give any updates needed. I keep a close eye on your pets and keep in touch if anything seems out of the ordinary with them to take the best action.

I cannot say enough about Christine! I have 2 labs (7 & 11yrs old) and am one of those over protective dog moms. One of my labs requires medication 2x a day and their feeding regime is a little complex. She understood what I needed, listened to what their routine is and followed all of the instructions perfectly!!! They simply love her. She has stayed overnight with them as well as popped in to feed them when I was away. She is super dependable and keeps me up to date with funny anecdotes and pictures. It's so nice to know they are in good hands when we cannot be here. I know they will get tons of attention and love. I've already booked her for 2 more overnights. She's the best!!!

About: I grow up my whole life with dogs. My babysitter was 2 beautiful Doberman growing up. I know dogs can be different same as all of us people, but with the right care and treatment they can let you lead and show their love, respect, and be your best friend. I had many different dogs since they were puppies until it was time for them to go to heaven. And all of them I remember with so much love and gratitude. They’re the best creatures in this planet. And I will be more than pleased if you let me watch your pets because I know how important they are and they need the attention and love even in those situations that we won’t be home so if you’re going on vacation, small trip, etc. I will make sure your dog is being taking care, feed, had enough walks, and be comfortable being here at home ready for bed, and if they have any special care as medicine or something like that I’m more than happy to have them on track until you can come back from vacation. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns in case this small summary didn’t respond any of your questions. I’m working with a very flexible schedule. I can make anything to work around your dog needs or special care. Any drop of around 4-5PM any day of the week. Thank you. I do have currently 1 friendly golden doodle. She’s a girl and love to play and make friends. She love kids and other dogs as well. She will keep your fur babies happy and busy playing and taking naps together.

About: Whether you have an energetic dog who loves long walks and playtime or an independent cat who prefers a clean litter box and a familiar routine, I’m here to provide the care and attention your pets deserve. While I didn’t grow up with a dog because of family allergies, I’ve spent the last 5+ years helping care for my brother’s dog and my fiancée’s family’s dog whenever they travel. I’ve also been caring for cats since I was 8 years old, feeding family friends’ cats and cleaning litter boxes while they were away. Over the past 5 years, I’ve regularly cared for my fiancée’s family’s three cats as well. I understand that every pet has a unique personality. Some dogs want to run, play fetch, and burn off energy. Others just want a walk and some scratches behind the ears. Some cats love attention, while others simply appreciate fresh food, a clean litter box, and someone checking in on them. Whatever makes your pet happy, I’m happy to accommodate. Services Offered: • Dog walks • Dog and cat drop-in visits • Feeding and fresh water • Potty breaks • Litter box cleaning • Playtime and enrichment • Treats (if approved) • Photo and update messages during visits • Lots of patience, attention, and affection My goal is simple: make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Please Note: I currently do not offer boarding or overnight stays in my home, as I have a dog of my own who prefers having his own space. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! 🐶🐱❤️ Available most days, including weekends! I work remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which gives me flexibility for daytime walks and drop-in visits. Tuesdays and Thursdays are more limited, but feel free to ask about availability. I’m happy to accommodate recurring or one-time visits whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make every effort to maintain their normal routine, as I know many pets are happiest when things feel familiar. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, treats, and any household rules. For dogs, I pay close attention during walks, keep them securely leashed unless otherwise instructed in a safe enclosed area, and make sure they have plenty of water and exercise appropriate for their age and energy level. For cats, I ensure litter boxes are kept clean, food and water are refreshed, and they receive as much attention—or space—as they prefer. I understand that every pet has a different personality. Some love to play and be active, while others prefer a calm companion. I take the time to learn what makes each pet comfortable and adjust my care accordingly. I also provide updates and photos during visits so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. My goal is to treat every pet and home with the same respect and care that I would want for my own!

About: Hi! I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and truly believe pets are family. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, as well as cats and even lizards! I currently live with my wife Stacey, who is amazing with animals and helps me in every way. I also live with one dog, and two lizards, so I'm no stranger to managing multiple pets and meeting different care needs all at once. Whether it's a puppy who needs playtime and potty breaks, a senior dog who just wants a gentle walk and some TLC, or a high-energy pup who loves adventure—I adapt my care to meet each pet’s personality and routine. I’m patient, responsible, and passionate about animals, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet in someone else's care, and my goal is to make sure both you and your furry friend feel safe, supported, and happy. We are here to help with walks, drop-ins, overnights, and anything in between! I’ve known Steve L. for years, and if I trusted anyone with my own pet, it would be him—without hesitation. Steve is one of those rare people who genuinely gets animals. He’s patient, attentive, and naturally tuned in to their needs, whether that means an energetic walk, a calm presence, or just extra belly rubs. Pets are instantly comfortable around him, and that’s not something you can fake. A great referral for a pet parent. What really makes Steve special is how seriously he takes responsibility. He’s reliable, communicative, and thoughtful about the little details that matter most to pet parents—routines, preferences, safety, and making sure every pet feels loved and secure. Steve treats every animal like they’re his own, and it shows in the way he shows up every single time. Any pet parent on Rover would be lucky to have Steve caring for their furry family member. 🐾 Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—I’m around animals all day, every day! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide care throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Whether it’s early morning potty breaks, midday walks, or overnight stays, I can work with your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and happy. My wife Stacey who is amazing with animals is at home most of the week, so she helps in every way. Because I already have cared for multiple pets at home. We are both experienced at balancing feeding times, walk schedules, playtime, and quiet time. Your pet’s needs will always come first, and I’ll make sure they get the attention and consistency they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine, I provide a calm, loving, and secure environment. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs—so they feel safe, understood, and at ease. In your home, I always respect your space and follow your instructions closely, keeping your pet’s routine consistent. In my home, pets have a clean, pet-friendly space where they’re never left alone for long periods. I monitor all interactions, provide plenty of potty breaks, and make sure they always have access to fresh water, cozy rest areas, and lots of affection. I also keep communication open with pet parents, sending regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. You can trust that I’ll care for your animal like they’re part of my family.

About: Hi! I am 24 years old and I live in the Ogden area. I have been a CNA for 7 years and I am CNA, CPR, and AED certified. I have a reliable car for transportation. I have had animals in my home since the day I was born, dogs and cats. So I have a lot of experience! Now that we have the boring info out of the way! I am super outgoing and bubbly and I love to have a good time. I am a huge dog and cat lover. I have 4 cats named Kitty, Theo, Akira, and Charlie. In my free time I like to go on drives, paddle board, watch scary movies, cook, go shopping, and play card/board games! I am looking for small part time jobs while I am in school. I currently work part time at the University of Utah hospital and I am in school to become a surgical technician. Let me know if you have any questions about me or my experience! I'm excited to get to know you and your fur babies! I am currently working part time so I have a lot of time on my hands to be with your fur babies! I have school 3 times during the week from 8-3. Boarding is offered any day of the week. There is always someone home in case of an emergency. Dog or cat walking is offered in the early morning or early evening after 3. I care for my pets with lots of love!! They are very playful so we make sure to have all the toys they could possible ask for. They are fed twice a day on a schedule in the morning and at night time. We will hopefully soon be putting a catio on our back porch as well so they can roam outside of the house. 2 of our cats like to go outside, so we got them a stroller and some harness's to take them to the park and adventure! They are loving it! 3 out of our 4 cats are rescues. They were very fragile and reserved in the beginning. Over time they became very comfortable with us and are all so loving and happier now. I hope this shows you, you can trust me with your fur babies🫶🏼

From couch potato to zoomies expert! I’m currently working part time at a restaurant near me in Ogden UT. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with a beautiful, friendly Golden Retriever, Duma, and also had a cat named Dutchess, so caring for both dogs and cats has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve also been watching pets for friends and family since middle school, which has given me experience with a variety of personalities, routines, and care needs. Today, I share my home with my dog, Mindy, and my cat, Ziggy. Through working with Mindy’s reactive tendencies, I’ve become especially comfortable reading dog body language, respecting boundaries, and creating calm, positive experiences for dogs who may need a little extra understanding. I love staying active and enjoy spending time outdoors with Mindy, whether that’s paddle boarding, hiking, or running, and I’m happy to tailor care to each pet’s personality and energy level, from outdoor adventures to relaxed companionship. My goal is always to help pets feel safe, cared for, and excited to spend time together. I recently moved to the Ogden area from Connecticut after stepping away from my teaching career, so I have very open and flexible availability for sitting, walking, drop-in visits, and other pet care needs. I’m excited to explore everything the area has to offer and would love to do that alongside your furry companions. Whether you need a one-time walk, regular daytime visits, or extended overnight care, I can work around your schedule. With my open calendar, I’m able to accommodate last-minute requests, longer stays, and consistent routines alike. One quick note: I’m happy to offer housesitting in your home, but I’m not able to provide boarding at my own apartment. Because my dog Mindy has some reactive tendencies, keeping pets in their own familiar space is the safest and most comfortable option for everyone. I’m genuinely looking forward to getting to know as many dogs and cats in the community as I can! Because my own dog Mindy has reactive tendencies, I don’t offer boarding at my apartment. Instead, all of my care takes place in my client’s home through housesitting, drop-in visits, and walks, which keeps your pet relaxed in the environment they already know and trust. When I’m caring for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible, including consistent feeding schedules, regular potty breaks or litter box cleaning, exercise, and plenty of affection. I always follow any instructions you provide and keep a close eye on your pet’s behavior, mood, and wellbeing throughout my time with them. I make sure doors, gates, and windows are secured before and after coming and going, and I keep dogs leashed in unfenced areas to prevent any escapes. My experience with Mindy’s reactivity has made me especially attentive to body language and stress signals, so I’m quick to recognize when a pet feels anxious or overstimulated and adjust accordingly. I’m also happy to send photo and video updates so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

She was very helpful in helping us decide what times were best for her check-ins with our dog and 3 Guinea pigs. We highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Charlee was truly exceptional—we couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our pets. From the start, she was communicative, thoughtful, and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand each of our pets’ personalities, routines, and little quirks, which gave us immediate peace of mind. While we were away, she kept us consistently updated with messages and photos, and it was obvious our pets were not just being cared for, but genuinely loved. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does. When we came home, everything was in great shape, and our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely book with her again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and genuinely kind pet care.

Kaitlyn was awesome. Our poor pup was under the weather and not feeling well. She came and took things at his pace and listened to what he needed to do. Like taking the elevator instead of the stairs and only walking a very short distance before turning around to go back to bed. She gave him some scratches and he went to bed not wanting to be touched anymore and she was respectful of his boundaries. She took pics and messaged us how he was. We will definitely be using her again soon. 💕

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Ogden with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
