“Aubrey was great. They fed our cats 3 times a day and every time we got a short update and cute pictures. One of our cats 'scarfs and barfs' and they cleaned that up the time it happened too. We have fish and they also fed our fish every day as part of the drop-ins. Due to illness within our group our flight time was looking to get changed and Aubrey was willing to accommodate a couple extra visits as needed. Absolutely going to book again, was such a relief to know our cats were well taken care of.”

“Hello all, I recently used Ms Rachel to board my cat Boo for a week. She was great with the scheduling which was last minute, and she also kept up great communication. I received pictures and messages from Rachel throughout the week. The environment was nice. Rachel set aside a separate room for Boo, since she has dogs and cats of her own. She even bought Boo some toys to play with, and gave her flea medicine on the right day. Finally I want to mention that it wasn’t just Rachel, but even her young son spent time with Boo to keep her from being lonely. Basically the whole family was chipping in to help. I was very satisfied and comfortable during the week, and would definitely use Rachel again if I had to go anywhere!”

I actually have pretty high anxiety about leaving our cats, but Mattea made our experience wonderful and it felt good to know they were in good hands. Our vacation was almost two weeks, and my anxiety played through every worst case scenario imaginable for being gone that long. “I needed someone to come over and give my dog a potty break and his daily heart medication. My old guy is 13, is hard if hearing and has become pretty skiddish in his old age. I talked back and forth with Marcellene a lot and felt so comfortable letting her administer my little guys medication! He seemed to love her right away and was happy to get snuggles and sit in her lap the rest of her visit! Usually he’ll hide after his meds, but just knowing he was comfortable enough to get some loves made me so happy!”

She was super communicative and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to make Maple and Bean feel comfortable while I was gone.
