I also screwed up the pickup time and she was understanding and accommodating, which I appreciated since I was out of state so couldn't get there any earlier. Lastly, she left a sweet thank you note and printed photo in with Boats' bag, which I thought was a sweet and classy move. I will DEFINITELY be asking Kathleen to watch our fur baby again!”
