“Meredith as my first time sitter AMAZING beyond words! Will always have her what a peace of mind that I was able to enjoy my time with friends knowing my child was well taken cate of. Thank you Rover!”

About: I was born into a house with 2 cats, and adopted my puppy (who passed away last year) when I was 6. My neighbor is a vet tech with many different animals in house, and has given me lots of help and advice. Last summer I spent a week at my future college beginning my pre-veterinarian training, and am going into the pre-vet program this fall! This is my only job for the summer, so I will be completely committed to caring for your pets for you! I want your pet to enjoy loving quality time no matter what. I am very attentive to pets’ needs, and will be active with them as much as they (and you) wish. Walks, play time, feeding, cleaning, and meds if needed are all happily provided.

“Jessie was great. She is very knowledgeable and we immediately felt confident in her abilities. She gave Mae a great workout!!! We would highly recommend Jessie and will definitely have her back!”

About: I love animals!! I grew up with dogs and cats (and occasionally a rodent or 2)! I would be honored to be able to help you by feeding, popping in to check your furry friend, or walking to keep your pet happy! I have flexible availability to meet your needs! I work full time, 3 days a week! The kids are school aged and don’t require my full attention when they’re in school. My off days are usually low key that I am available for pet care! In my home, I’d keep your pet leashed in the yard to let out. In your home, depending on what you request, I’d follow that process.

“Jamie is so good with Winston! She was very careful to understand his special needs and quirks. We are so happy to have had her help us and would definitely recommend her to my friends! :-)”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a large part of my life. My parents neighbors and friends have relied on me to watch, walk, and feed their pets ever since I was able to. I am available for dog walking in mornings and afternoons during the week, and boarding for weekdays and weekends. I have a flexible schedule so just reach out and ask! At my home I have access to a dog park along with several walking trails nearby. There is also a nearby park and a lot of free and fenced in space for your pets!

About: I have cared for the pets of friends and family over the last decade. I have utilized Rover services all over the country for my own beloved dog and am excited to be of service to other pet lovers. Usually I will be away from home about 5 hours max on average Monday through Friday. Weekends vary some but not usually away more than 3 Our home is able to be divided or cohesive. If your pet prefers a quiet space, we can provide that. I am willing and able to do multiple daily walks and live on a culdasac away from traffic. I have a large puppy that gets along with others but I do not force the interaction and can easily separate.

“Greatest walker in the area! Very responsive and great with our dog. He is a very strong dog and Taylor handled him very well, not an easy feat for sure”

About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) As of right now my schedule is very flexible. Monday-Friday work great along with most weekends (best to have a few days notice for weekend visits). I also understand how tricky work schedules can be and I would be willing to check in on any times of the day. I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.

About: ’m a reliable pet sitter because I genuinely love animals, follow care instructions closely, and ensure pets feel safe, happy, and loved. You can count on me every time. I am currently searching for a part time job and hoping to do pet sitting more frequently as a side gig! Ill be available any day and any time you feel comfortable! Caring for pets in clients’ homes means following their routine closely, providing love and companionship, and respecting the home. I ensure pets are fed, exercised, and safe, while keeping owners updated and the home tidy.

About: I have loved all animals as long as I can remember! My pet care experiences vary from anxious puppies to bearded dragons! I have had successful experiences with rodents such as guinea pigs, dogs, cats, and reptiles. While taking care of your pet I would do my best to provide them with as much love and care as you would! I am currently attending high school but would be able to take care of your pet immediately after that! I could easily fit your animals care into my every day schedule since it is already apart of my daily life! For boarding services, I would do my best to make sure your animal is as comfortable as possible. We all know how stressful sleeping in a new place can be and I would use all of my resources to make sure that your pet would be as pleasant as possible. For other services I would do the same and make sure your animal has a great time with me and would adjust my schedule around their needs.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up caring for our Boxers, Pitbulls, Dash Hounds and Chihuahuas. We also had horses and at one point a bunny. I really enjoy walking and training all sorts of animals! I'm currently working part time so I have a lot of time early in the week to help with puppos.(All dogs are just big puppos at heart.) I am very flexible and mobile. I currently live somewhere where I can't have more animals, so pet care at my home is a no go, however I am more than happy to stick to any routines your pet may have in your own home and make sure they get plenty of attention.

“Jennifer is great. Our dog was immediately comfortable with her and she was available short notice from us which we appreciated! Thanks for taking care of our fur baby Jennifer!”

About: I’ve always loved dogs and apart from having my own, I’ve been lucky to have experience many others! From puppies to senior dogs who need medicine, I try to do as much as I can to make sure they’re comfortable! I have part time work and classes, so I’m very flexible in when I can walk or watch pets! If I know in advance, it’s pretty easy for me to move things around. I don’t have a dog in my current home, but I offer pretty constant attention to pets no matter what I’m doing. I also make sure to play enough to get them tired out for a good sleep!

About: I grew up raising Labrador puppies with my family. I've had dogs my whole life. My current fur babies are my pomskies who are the loves of my life besides my husband and stepdaughters lol. I have been dog sitting for friends lately and figured why not watch other fur babies. Taking care of dogs and putting a smile on their faces is what makes me truly happy. I'm very hard working and always on time to appointments. I would love to watch and care for your little ones while your away on vacay or just gone for the day. If you have any questions dont hesitate to reach out. I currently work fulltime but can change my shedule to adapt to the time i need to be off. If i do need to go into work i come home mid shift to let my dogs out and let them run and go to the bathroom. On my days off my dogs have free roam of the house and outside area via a doggy door and dog run area in the back yard. At my home your pet will have free roam to go inside and outside as needed via a doggy door to a dog run area. There is also a larger gated area that is grassy for longer running around to wear your little ones out but i like to supervise that area incase of diggers. The dog run area is made of cement and turf so escape artist dont have a chance of getting out lol. When dog sitting at your house i will follow your lead on your dogs schedule and follow it as closely to make them feel comfortable. Also give lots of snuggles and walks to tucker them out and keep them busy and happy while your away.

About: I have been a responsible and loving pet owner my whole life. I believe “a house is not a home without a pet”. I currently have only one pet (dog) which leaves me with extra time to help you with yours! Looking forward to meeting your fur animal and providing whatever care is needed. My schedule is flexible and open . I have an open and flexible schedule and am able to accommodate whatever amount of time and care your pets require. I can accommodate most schedule requests. I am honest, trustworthy and responsible. I will respect your home, pets and time. You can rest assured that your home and pets are well cared for with my services.

About: I have owned and taken care of animals my entire life, I have several years of experience caring for dogs and cats including walking, bathing, feeding, and so much more! I also have experience in basic training for younger animals and I am also able to care for senior animals such as giving medication or treating them with the extra care they deserve! I'm currently a full time student at Northern Michigan University, so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I prioritize your pets safety and will never leave them out of my sight or unattended. I will take upmost care and consideration when it comes to keeping your pets healthy, safe, and happy.

About: With many years of experience I am highly qualified to care for your pet. Growing up I started a neighborhood pet care business where I would watch my neighbors pets when they were on vacation. This quickly grew and I started letting out neighborhood dogs after school when their parents would get home late. I also grew up with 2 Labradors retrievers and a Corgi. Due to my ever changing schedule I’m not able to commit to adopting a dog at this time so I’ve come to Rover to help the community and get my fill of animal therapy. Currently I am working from home with a part time schedule. A lot of my work can be done at any time. This leaves me ample time to care for your pet. I have a building just outside of downtown that has a large area in the back. There is a park that is around the corner and plenty of sidewalks for walks. Inside my home there are hardwood floors with area rugs. I am a very neat and organized person so there is nothing your pet will be able to get into.

About: I grew up with small dogs, Pomeranians to be exact. I've always loved dogs, cats, and pets of all kinds. I'm currently a dog father to an older pitbull mix. We recently had to help our senior dog cross the rainbow bridge. We have a fenced in yard and dog door in the summer. Water bowls all around so the pups won't go thirsty. All kinds of toys to keep them entertained. We're available days, nights, weekends, for most of your pet care needs. We try to not kennel the dogs unless absolutely necessary, we try to be home to care for our pets and yours 24/7. But sometimes we need to run short errands. Even if one of us is working there's almost always someone home. I have a fenced yard, 5' tall chain link, I just set up a separate dog run/ meeting area, which can also be used to separate pups if need be. We have a dog door in the nicer months for ease of potty breaks. I make it a point to be outside with the animals to ensure they're not alone and no scruffs break out. I also am able to take them on leashed walks if needed. We have experience giving medication as well.

They are drawn to her, and she has an incredible way of instantly earning their trust and affection. When Rachel is home from college, our pets completely abandon us and become hers. They sleep in her bed, follow her everywhere, and soak up the extra love and attention she showers on them. She spoils them in the best possible way—with affection, playtime, and genuine care. Rachel is responsible, compassionate, and truly understands what it means to care for someone else's beloved pet. Charles & Alyssa B.
“Charles "Chase" has been a devoted pet parent and caregiver for as long as I have known him. He cares for the health safety and wellbeing of not only his pets but every pet he has had the opportunity to know. Having done a few years of pet sitting myself it is easy to recognize when someone truly cares for the safety of everyone, people and pets. I have seen him take care of his parents dogs, friends dogs, and even pull off the side of the road to help catch strays. He believes all pets deserve love and should not have to suffer the stress of being alone. He will love your pet like his own.”
