1. Izzy V.
“Izzy was great and our pups loved her! We reached out to Izzy last minute, as we needed someone to let our pups out/walk them while we were out of town unexpectedly. She came over and met them both ahead of time, and our very timid rescue dog immediately took to Izzy. She was on time each day, and let me know when she arrived and was leaving. She made sure their food and water was full, and locked the house when she left. We will definitely be reaching out to her next time we need some help!”

“My Jesper loves Ross, he's dependable, on time and seems to enjoy dogs. My dog is over 100 pounds at 18 months, kind of a handful, Ross handles him beautifully”

8. Elise C.
About: I’m a 29 y/o dog lover, subscriber to We Rate Dogs emails, and fun fact: I once did a photoshoot that helped my friend get free Milkbone and Pupperoni! I’m a photographer, so you can expect a photoshoot of your dog. I unfortunately don’t have a dog of my own due to frequent travel and late nights at my job, but when I do have free days I’d love to keep your best boy or girl company! I recently was let go from my full time job so I’m home or on walks most of the day. Some nights I will also be working concerts which can be late nights, but these will be blocked in advance. I like to go out on walks frequently. My goal is to keep your bestie as comfortable as possible while you’re away and will be respectful of your time and home as well.
9. Emma G.
“Very sweet and Kiana seems to like her too. She won't let many in my house and she lets her so that's a good sign to me!”

“Megan has such a great way with dogs, and goes the extra mile—cleaning up dog doo, putting on our dog’s coat on chilly days, and walking her regularly, even in blustery weather. She is so flexible and responsive!”
11. Marina S.
“Marina is the best sitter! She has the cutest orange cat. She is so amazing with my cats. They love to play with her for hours. She's also watching my dog many times and I recommended her to my sister and her little pup. Highly recommend Marina!”

14. Makenna O.
“Makenna is truly a professional pet caretaker! She took wonderful care of my boy Max 💕 He’s a high strung Labrador and she knows the way to his heart is treats and snacks! Her veterinary medicine background also makes me feel at ease knowing that if an emergency arose with Max that Makenna would know the best route of action for his well being. I can’t say enough about how kind, compassionate and wonderful she is. Highly recommend booking with her!”

16. Vicki L.
About: If my husband would let me, I’d buy a zoo (come on powerball). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve never met a pet that I didn’t want to spoil and cuddle. My daughter calls me a “stay at home pet mom”. Most days I’m home all day, with the exception of an occasional errand, appointment or maybe a date night. Recently our 13 year old Staffordshire terrier/boxer- Zoey, went to doggie Heaven. She was a gentle soul who we miss immensely. We have 3 kitties who are like my tiny babies- all very spoiled. Bam, who loves walking all the pups, and Pumpkin, and Elsa. All three are rescues. Basically I’m their “do-girl”. They all know how to talk me into extra treats. I have had to administer meds in the past and don’t mind doing so. Animal caretaking is my full time job and my family is 1000% okay with that. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t want to bring home with me. Your fur baby is invited and encouraged to make our house their home away from home. They will be well spoiled and loved, as my entire family will be doting on them.

About: With many years of experience I am highly qualified to care for your pet. Growing up I started a neighborhood pet care business where I would watch my neighbors pets when they were on vacation. This quickly grew and I started letting out neighborhood dogs after school when their parents would get home late. I also grew up with 2 Labradors retrievers and a Corgi. Due to my ever changing schedule I’m not able to commit to adopting a dog at this time so I’ve come to Rover to help the community and get my fill of animal therapy. Currently I am working from home with a part time schedule. A lot of my work can be done at any time. This leaves me ample time to care for your pet. I have a building just outside of downtown that has a large area in the back. There is a park that is around the corner and plenty of sidewalks for walks. Inside my home there are hardwood floors with area rugs. I am a very neat and organized person so there is nothing your pet will be able to get into.
18. Brooke A.
“Brooke is great with dogs, our current new puppy doesn’t leave her side when she’s home. She also loves meeting new dogs, and other pets. If I would let her, she would have a lot more cats and dogs and who knows what else!”
19. Olivia S.
“Livi has been pet sitting my dog for almost six months now. She genuinely cares for the well being of him, and makes sure he has a blast when she is there. Not only does she make sure he is having fun and takes him out regularly, she always gives me advice on nutrition and grooming tips. Livi has a lot of background with dogs and has a lot of knowledge that she eagerly passes on, which is great! I don't trust a lot of people with my dog, but Livi is easily one of the most trust worthy people that has dog sat for me, therefore my mind is at ease when she is with him. P.S. My dog goes through puppy depression when she is away because he loves all the attention and cuddles she provides!”
20. Cortney C.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and I genuinely love pets and spending time with them, and treating them as if they were my own. I recently have moved to Grand Rapids and unable to have my own pets so my schedule is very open to be able to take care of others pets. I’m very respectful of other peoples homes and rules. I’m able to follow any detailed instructions to provide for your pets needs. I treat others pets like they are my own!
