Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! “I came to Grand Rapids on a last-minute work thing and didn’t want to leave Roxy in the hotel alone for 4 to 6 hours in the evening. I reached out to a couple of folks on rover and Miranda was one of the first ones that replied and was able to take Roxy. This was my first time as a doggy dad leaving Rox with with somebody I didn’t know. We met Miranda at her house and after meeting her found that she is truly a really nice person that truly loves animals and made it easy for me to leave her there. Roxy took to her almost immediately. I picked Roxy up the next morning and everything was great. She’d been walked and had play time few times and she was her normal goofy happy self. Great job!”
About: I have always loved animals. My favorite thing to do is go on walks because I get to spend time with my best buddies and I get some excercise myself. All dogs have a unique personality and I love getting the opportunity to get to know each dog. I am a pretty active person myself so I am able to power walk or even run to get the dogs energy out! My schedule is pretty flexible but I prefer mornings and afternoons (morning walks are always peaceful and nice). I am willing to travel to trails and other walking areas to give the dog a new adventure and so they do not get bored with the same walking routine. I think even dogs like to change up where they walk every now and then! My current work schedule is already extremely flexible. I am able to work around any pet care visits and walks. I would love to spend the extra time I have caring for animals as they always make days brighter! Currently I am only doing care at the clients home. We just moved and currently do not have a fence set up yet. About: I’ve always had animals of my own, basically since I was old enough to walk. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was 13. I’m the go-to for friends and family when they need their babies cared for and I love every breed. I studied veterinary medicine for a number of years and have more recently begun to train dogs, as well. I work full-time but I make my own schedule. I also live just a few minutes away from my work and can pop back to my house when need be. I’m already taking care of our senior dog, our new puppy, and our two cats. About: If my husband would let me, I’d buy a zoo (come on powerball). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve never met a pet that I didn’t want to spoil and cuddle. My daughter calls me a “stay at home pet mom”. Most days I’m home all day, with the exception of an occasional errand, appointment, drop ins for other dogs, or maybe a date night. She’s 8 months now, she has appointed herself Official Play Time Supervisor of any and all dog guest- your pups will go home tired. Occasionally our daughter’s Boston Terrier, Franklin will visit, he hasn’t met a person, dog, or cat, he doesn’t like. He’s truly the best boy. I have had to administer meds in the past and don’t mind doing so. Animal caretaking is my full time job and my family is 1000% okay with that. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t want to bring home with me. We just moved from Sparta to Ravenna, and we’re now on 3 acres. Your fur baby is invited and encouraged to make our house their home away from home. They will be well spoiled and loved, as my entire family will be doting on them.

I have experience humanely administering pills/oral medication. *Trained in feline first aid* A drop-in includes: feeding, potty time/litterbox cleaning, playtime, love & cuddles, enrichment activities, medication administration (if needed), light housework (sweeping, trash, counters, etc), and daily updates with photos/videos. Rover is my full-time gig, which means I'm flexible with my schedule. I'm available mainly for overnight cat boarding and cat/dog drop-ins. About: I understand how stressful it is leaving your dog or having to board him or her while away. I have experience working with Rover, and I would like to resume providing pet care services. I've been around animals most of my life. I have also cared for the pets of friends and family, including my six-year-old English cream golden retriever, Maxwell. He's friendly and loves playing with other dogs. I would love to be the trusted person to take care of and pamper your pet. Leave your pet with me and we can go for walks, play ball , Frisbee, or just relax. I will provide your dog with a quiet, loving home environment with plenty of attention and care to fit their personality. I am currently home majority of the time to care for your pet. I work three out of the five days per week at home. I am available on weekends. I am in office two days per week. I drive home for Max to to take a break on my lunch hour. I will provide your pet with a quite, safe environment. If boarding your pet I will provide him or her with care that will be tailored to their needs and personality.
About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life. I’ve had the responsibility of feeding and cleaning them since I was 14. I am very excited to take care of other pets and keep them safe. I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. I not only take care of my pets to make sure they are safe and healthy, but I play with them and have lots of fun with them.
About: I love all types of animals. I have experience in rabbits, cats & dogs. My family has always had animals, it’s a second nature to me. I am currently unemployed but looking for part time work. I would love to pick up pet sitting opportunities as much as possible. I have a free and open schedule. I do not offer pet services in my home but at the clients home I am more than willing to crate animals or let them out into a fenced in yard to watch them. I have plenty of references to back up any recommendation that you made need. My last pet was a puppy named Bella that I provided care for. I watch her 30 hours a week and helped potty train her. I loved her as if she was my own. I was Gramma Lisa to her and we formed a special bond which I do with all the pets I watch. I have had dogs in my life since I was young. I tell my friends that I will know I am heaven when I see my past dogs around me.
