I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, including seniors, and I’m comfortable giving oral medications if needed. About: I am a lifelong dog parent with two wonderful rescues. I am first aid and CPR certified, can administer medication and have been certified for small animal (cats and dogs) massage and canine behavior. Exercise and stimulation are important to ensure dogs do not become bored and destructive or depressed. No two dogs are the same. One of my dogs loves to run while the other loves to swim! I have experience with my own and working with other reactive animals so you can trust me with your pets, whatever their personality may be. What one enjoys, another may not so I need to understand how your dog interacts with humans and other animals and how they play. I look forward to caring for your dog! My work schedule is dynamic and we can discuss your needs and how they fit with my life at the time you want to schedule. I have a fully fenced yard if you choose to have your pet stay with me. If you prefer to have your pet stay at home where they are more comfortable, I would want to understand how well they recall or how they stay safe in your home.
About: Retired military medic used to have and to help friends and battle buddies when their animals had to go when they had to go overseas or on TDY work trips and things like that also help friends and things too. I am very by the book so if you leave me a list of rules and what needs to happen I'll make sure it gets done. I have a very open schedule. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.
