While I was gone for five days, Michelle checked on Penny as requested, fed / watered / played with / loved on her, and took care of her litter box. Michelle even brushed out Penny's coat when she noticed some detritus! Add to that the fact that she offered additional drop-ins as needed, even though it's Christmas weekend... wow! All-in-all, I'll DEFINITELY book Michelle the next time I go away!”
