I grew up taking care of my family’s dogs & cats, volunteered at a local shelter throughout high school & college, & I now have a dog & 2 cats of my own! I stick to the dog’s usual route if preferred, or explore nearby paths while keeping a steady pace that suits their energy level. I’m attentive to their behavior, keep them leashed at all times, and make sure they get fresh water and cool-down time after longer walks.
