Before our trip, she was kind enough to come pick up the keys and do a meet and greet with our cats - they immediately came out to meet her, which almost never happens with our kitties. So, we knew our cats and home would be in good hands. She even picked up messes from the cats puking and knocking over a flower pot of dirt (which was so above and beyond of her!).
