“Great peace of mind leaving my two dogs with Samantha when a family emergency mandated I leave town suddenly. She was quick to respond and and very flexible with pick-up days/times, which I really appreciated. When I picked my pups up, they were happy and calm from all the playtime they got in Samantha's large, shady backyard. Will definitely book again with Samantha in the future!”

“Pet boarding requires a lot of trust, and there’s no one else in Pittsburgh that I’d trust more to care for dog than Mike. He takes great care, ensures plenty of active time outdoors, and always keeps me updated on how my pet is doing during stays. When I return, my dog looks like she is right at home, so I know she always enjoys the company of Mike, Roxy, Norm, and the family. Absolutely recommend booking with Mike”

“Nelia and her family embraced Calvin like he was their own:) All his needs were met and he was loved. I could not have asked for a better first experience for my Calvin! Thank you for your amazing care!”

“Eronda was kind and personable. She clearly LOVES dogs and took good care of our mini goldendoodle. She even made her chicken and rice to eat when our pup got too anxious to eat her kibble. She took photos and updated us on our girl. She sent our girl home freshly bathed. I’d recommend her!”

“Tia and Lea are amazing! They're so nice and welcoming! They took great care of our two dogs, sent lots of pictures and videos. It was a big help for me and my husband while we were away, we knew our dogs were well taken care of. We'll definitely choose Tia if we need to board out dogs again.”

“Kassandra is the sweetest person we have ever left our dog with. She was very punctual and picked Leo up and dropped him off at the agreed upon time. Leo needed meds and extra care due to his multiple medical problems but Kassandra took care of him very well. Leo was very happy with Kassandra as I could see when she was leaving after dropping him off and Leo didn’t want her to leave. Kassandra gave us daily updates and additional updates as needed so the communication was excellent. I cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of Leo!”

“Danielle did an excellent job taking care of my six foster cats while I was out of town. Danielle was extremely responsive and dependable and that really set my mind at ease. It is hard for me to leave them as some often require socialization and I can’t afford to lose any progress. Danielle spent quality time as requested and documented the progress each day. It was so exciting to get to the hotel every evening to unwind and read the progress updates and see her pictures.”

“Lauren was open to a thorough meet and greet prior to watching our two kitties, and she took the biggest weight off our shoulders while we were away. “Christy did an excellent job caring for my cat, who took to her immediately. She is reliable and responsive, and I would not hesitate to recommend her services or to use her again in the future.”

About: I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and smallies of all shapes and sizes and would love to help care for yours. I have a flexible schedule which leaves me plenty of time to walk and play with fur babies. I do have a part time job so I will need to leave occasionally when I am housesitting. I also don't mind commuting to care for an animal. I live in a lovely neighborhood for walking and am also able to drive dogs to nearby parks and hiking trails to play and exercise. I have a cat at home who dislikes other animals so I would only be able to provide care at a client's home.
“Yana was super responsible and communicative. She was very sweet with Josie and sent lots of wonderful pictures. I only asked for two visits this time, but I'd definitely ask her again if I need a sitter for more visits in the future!”

“Cara visited with Lucy twice each day during our vacation to feed her and give her medicine. I could tell from the daily pictures we got that Lucy was taken with her which is soooo very important to us. More importantly, Lucy didn't meow through the first night we got home which is a GREAT sign.”

“Had to leave on a last minute work trip and Rebecca was quick to respond and took great care of my older cat! This is the second time she's looked after George and I'd be happy to book her anytime again or recommend her to others!”

“Maddi was a responsive, flexible and attentive caretaker for my two young house cats. I really appreciated her prompt communications and the photos she sent gave me peace of mind while I was gone on my week-long trip. Would use again, thanks Maddi!”

“Stellar cat sitter!!! Laura was super communicative before our trip, and we were so appreciative of her sweet photos of our kitties while we were away. Before our trip, she was kind enough to come pick up the keys and do a meet and greet with our cats - they immediately came out to meet her, which almost never happens with our kitties. So, we knew our cats and home would be in good hands. She even picked up messes from the cats puking and knocking over a flower pot of dirt (which was so above and beyond of her!). We returned to a perfectly tidy home and happy kitties. We've used many cat sitters before and this was one of our best experiences!!”

“This was my first booking with Heather and she exceeded all of my expectations. She communicated clearly and gave me peace of mind while I was away. And went above and beyond in preparing the house for my return. And, I returned to a happy kitty. I will definitely book with Heather again.”

“Rachel was a great help when I had to spontaneously leave town for a family thing. She was quick to respond and understanding of the fact that we couldn't meet in person! She took good care of my kitties while I was away. I definitely recommend you work with her if you ever need pet-caring help!”

“Christy is absolutely wonderful! She goes above and beyond to make sure my senior dog is comfortable and well cared for. She’s very attentive to his bathroom needs, which is so important at his age, and her yard gives him a great space to safely sniff and explore. Her home is set up perfectly for dogs, with plenty of cozy beds and spots for him to relax. The fact that she’s always nearby really helps keep his anxiety low, which gives me so much peace of mind. She also has a sweet little dog who gets along great with others. it’s been such a bonus for my dog to have a companion during the day. Christy is also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which makes scheduling so much easier. I especially appreciate the regular photo updates she sends. they always brighten my day and reassure me that my dog is happy and in great hands. I truly appreciate everything she does and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter!”

“We had a great experience and highly recommend Adrienne as a sitter. She took the time to do a meet-and-greet beforehand, which helped us know this would be a good fit for everyone. During Norman’s stay, she was attentive, communicative, and sent daily updates with pictures and videos, giving us peace of mind while we were away. We also appreciated that the dogs had access to a nearby fenced-in dog park for exercise and play, as well as a separated areas in the house to relax when they needed a break from the excitement. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.”

“Buster had a blast with the dogs in the yard. He was all doggie smiles when we picked him up! On top of that, I booked for the wrong day and Richard was nothing but nice about it, and completely accommodating. We’ll be back when we come through Pittsburgh again.”

“Barrett really was amazing. We booked him last minute (less than 2 hours before we needed him) so we could take in a Pirates game while passing thru Pittsburgh, and he was quite gracious. Our Tucker is nearly 15 and a bit of a nervous Nellie. Barrett took it all in stride. I highly recommend Barrett”

“Amy is simply amazing! My little one jumps out of my arms to go to doggy day care with her. She loves all of the dogs so much and it shows. We would never use anyone else.”

“Tia was a great puppy sitter for our Monty! She updated us throughout the day with videos. Monty was playful and happy. She took great care of our fur baby! Would definitely recommend her.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong pet lover with years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a sweet three-year-old chihuahua mix, and I truly enjoy meeting and bonding with new dogs. I work from home full-time, so your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, and play throughout the day. I live on Pittsburgh’s Northside with a small, secure fenced-in yard, perfect for safe outdoor fun. Since I work from home full time, I can give your pet plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. I have a small fenced-in yard in Pittsburgh’s Northside for safe outdoor breaks, plus I love getting out for longer walks with my dog, at least once a day. Pet care is part of my daily routine, and I’m happy to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. When pets stay with me, they’re treated like family. They’re welcome to relax on the furniture, nap on the couch, or sunbathe on the deck. I stick to their regular routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I also have a baby gate to limit access to stairs for small dogs when needed. Since I work from home, I’m always nearby to give them the attention, care, and love they deserve.
“Valerie and her son were absolutely incredible!! We made the request last minute and she was able to accommodate us which was so sweet. She’s great with communication and flexible as well. Most importantly, she kept in touch with us throughout the day, kept Wilson active and playful, and gave us a very detailed report at the end of the day. We are so lucky we found Valerie, would highly recommend!!”

About: Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a lifelong animal lover based in the Pittsburgh area. I understand that pets are family, and when you leave them with someone else you want the same care, attention, and safety you’d give them yourself. I spent 13 years with my sweet mini poodle mix Theo, who taught me how much love and personality can live in one small dog. Because of him, I’m especially attentive to each pet’s unique quirks, routines, and comfort needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, couch snuggles, or a consistent routine, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel most at home. I’m dependable, communicative, and I’ll send regular updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. Your pet will be treated with the same patience, kindness, and care I would want for my own. I currently work from home and have complete flexibility with my job to ensure your pet gets as much attention, walks, and love throughout the day as they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow your pet’s routine closely, provide a calm environment, and ensure they are always supervised, secure, and well cared for. I will always send you updates and let you know what we are up to on our days together.
“Alexis was very responsive during our "interview" stage and very pleasant upon arrival. Although prince was anxious to leave he seemed to be comfortable and safe and that's all that mattered. Thank you for being available.”

About: I have a deep love for animals especially since I have a 10 year old schnauzer back home in Florida who I miss every day. Being around pets again brings me joy and comfort, and I always strive to give that same feeling back to the animals I care for. I treat every dog like my own; with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. I also genuinely enjoy walking outdoors, so your pup will always get the exercise and fresh air they deserve. Whether it’s energetic playtime or gentle care for seniors, I’m here to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I love going on walks every day, especially in the spring/ summertime. So taking dogs along just makes those moments even better. Since I work as a competitive gymnastics coach in the evenings, my mornings and afternoons are wide open for drop-ins, walks, and quality time with pets. It’s the perfect balance of movement, fresh air, and furry companionship! Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or dropping in for a visit, I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I take time to bond with each pet through play, cuddles, or just calm companionship. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family, always making sure they’re happy, exercised, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life including fish, rodents, small birds, and dogs of all breeds and sizes. I have experience with senior dogs, and anxious pups. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, medication, cuddles, and supervision. I have a low energy sweet senior pup who loves other dogs, and will begrudgingly share the couch with others. I also have a small parrot who generally minds his own business, but will be happy to let your pet know they’re a “pretty birdy”. My house is always stocked with disposable potty pads, reusable chucks, and all the pet safe enzyme cleaner anyone could need to clean up after old friends who have incontinence issues. There are throw rugs for comfort and traction, and a number of orthopedic beds perfect for pets with mobility issues who need a rest. You can bring your pets favorite treats with, and know that they also have access to a variety of different high quality easy to chew treats. Pets have access to a fenced in backyard with an outdoor patio for enjoying some fun in the sun on the outdoor sectional. They can enjoy walks in a quiet part of the neighborhood. I even have a stroller for pets under 20lbs.

About: I’ve always been a dog lover and both me and brother rescued a 6 year old white Labrador named “Zorro” who we brought before Covid began. We love him so much and since I moved countries he now lives with my parents in India. I wear a paw on my necklace which is a memory that he is not far away and will always take care of my parents behind me. Zorro now sits on the dinner table and enjoys all family meals. As someone with medical training and a responsible active lifestyle, I am calm under pressure, highly dependable and attentive to routines, medications, special care needs and feeding schedule. Whether your pet is playful or prefer quiet companionship I’m happy to adapt to their personality and needs. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family 🐾 I’m currently very flexible with my schedule until June 15th as I recently relocated to Pittsburgh to start my residency training. I will be able to work around a time and a schedule post June and will be open to taking care of your pet as per your need and happy to coordinate a schedule with you with my availability. I live in an apartment with my spouse who has grown up all around dogs as pets since he was a kid so we both love dogs but don’t have one of our own currently. Your pet is allowed on our sofa and enjoy the area of a one bedroom. If I am at your home, I will aim to make your pet feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while the owner is way by keeping a normal routine in their own home environment. I will carefully follow your instructions and communication is very important to me, so I can provide regular updates , photos and check-in to help the owner feel reassured. As someone with a medical background I am very attentive to details and safety.
About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.
“Justin takes amazing care of Finn, and Finn gets along so well with Justin's corgi, Watson. We also get tons of great updates about how Finn's day is going, and it's clear he always has a great time. Thanks again!”

“Valerie was terrific! She treated our little Hattie like her own and provided routine updates with pictures. We've already scheduled our next Doggy Day Care!”

So caring for pets of all kinds just comes naturally to me. 🐾 I have experience with dogs from playful puppies to sweet seniors, and I make sure every pet gets the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your fur baby like my own. I currently work part-time from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pet. They can keep me company while I do the same for them! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a calm, clean, and secure environment. I follow any specific routines or instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, crate training, medication, and exercise needs.

I also have a few years of experience working as a vet tech assistant! I have lots of experience with animals with different medical needs and have had dogs all my life! About: Hi, I'm Damara! I have grown up with dogs my entire life. We recently said goodbye to our senior Boston Terrier in January of this year. We have owned multiple Boston Terriers for the past 20 years. I also recently fostered a Goberian (half Golden Retriever/half Husky) for 4 months so am comfortable with large dogs as well as small. I work a hybrid schedule that I manage myself so can be home most of the time with your pet. If I do need to be in the office I am only gone for 4-5 hours at a time. I have a fenced in, brick courtyard that's great for quick potty breaks and lounging in the sun. But I also really enjoy long walks so can accomodate whatever your pets prefer. Happy to discuss everything and will do whatever is best for your pet. We also own a Syrian Hamster named Cookie Dough that is completely secure in her enclosure. Your pet would have to be ok with children (extra play time for your pet) because I have a 9 year old daughter who is here most of the time. I will be the person providing care to your pet 100% of the time. At no time will my child be responsible for or left alone with your pet. Any additional questions, please ask. We are not yet ready for our own full time dog and we miss having one around so I figured we would give Rover a try. Look forward to meeting you and your pet. I have ny oen pet care insurance through PCI. I currently work a hybrid schedule that I manage myself. I can mostly be home full time for your pet. If I have to go into the office it would only be for 4-5 hours. I have a fenced in brick courtyard that is great for quick potty breaks or basking in the sun. Also comfortable walking your pet long distances if they need a lot of exercise. I have my own pet care insurance through PCI.

We have two beagles, and from the very first meet and great, they felt completely comfortable and excited around her. Which says a lot! It is truly clear that she knows how to connect with dogs. About: Hi, I'm Angela! I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by dogs, and I truly believe a home isn’t complete without the sound of four paws on the floor. I recently said goodbye to my beloved Pit Bull, Bia. She was my world, and I want to treat your pup with the same devotion, patience, and affection that I gave to her. My fiancée, Lauren, and I have her two dogs 2 weeks out of the month and they are great with other dogs and love to make friends! I work from home during the day and am a dance teacher in the evening. Between the two of us we have flexibility most of the day for house visits, walks, boarding, and daycare! I work from home during the day and my fiancée is home in the evening so we have a flexible schedule to give your furkid lots of love and attention! I have a large backyard on a quiet residential street and 2 sweet dogs part time who love to make friends! I have the ability to crate dogs of all size in my home and will not accept dogs from multiple families at one time so your baby will be spoiled!
“I was nervous about leaving my 7 month old lab for a week, especially with having some stomach problems prior to leaving. Chang was great at sending daily updates with pictures. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs to leave their pup behind while they go away”

“Justin was just fabulous with my corgi terrier mix Monty! He is communicative and conscientious and just a super nice person. He sent wonderful pics and informative and helpful updates. I felt completely comfortable leaving Monty with Justin and cannot recommend him highly enough. Five stars!”

“Beedo had a fabulous time with Coralee. From the moment we arrived and the way she greeted us I knew this was going to go well. Coralee was attentive to Beedo's special needs and quirks and built an instant relationship with him. It was a great experience and I loved the picks she sent me of him relaxing with his blankie with her dog. I highly recommend Coralee and her dog Peducci. They're a great care team!”
“Sam was fantastic. Extremely sweet, open, prepared, and passionate about caring for Winter. Made it easy to leave her for the first time. Anybody’s dog is in good hands with Sam.”

“So grateful to have booked with Mary and her family for the holidays. Faith made herself right at home and got the best of care. Mary was very attentive to Faith's quirks and needs; I was never concerned over how our dog was doing and knew she was in good hands.”
