About: I’ve worked in the professional animal care industry for 3 years and have owned pets for 12. I’ve worked in training, grooming, pet care, and veterinary care for cats and dogs. I work part time and have many days available for pet sitting, walking, and spending quality time with them! I can even do extra visits as I have lots of free time. I’m a runner and spend many hours outside and can do so with your pet! I always keep pets leashed when outside and never treat them to table scraps. Owners instructions are top priority and will be done and followed above all.

About: I have worked with dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and much more. I have cared for cats and dogs for years, and I am a former Approved Veterinary Assistant (AVA) currently in the process of renewing my designation. I will be working full time starting Aug 11th. Up until then, I have A LOT of availability. After Aug 11th, I will have Sundays and Mondays off for house sitting. Other days may be considered for pet sitting after 4 pm and into the evening. Mostly involved walking and basic training with dogs of all sizes and energy! I have a very busy work schedule but otherwise would love to be involved in pet care anytime I’m off! Both for cats or dogs I’m happy to walk or housesit even with limited notice! Get an understanding first of the dog or cat’s baseline routine. A stranger in the house is stressful and maintaining a familiar schedule is important. From there, matching energy and cuddliness. Some dogs or cats want more attention than others and responding appropriately to body language and behavior is central! After that, regular potty breaks and walks for dogs (and cats if they go outside) and enough exercise to dispel any excess energy is important.
