About: I currently work at a horse barn so I have lots of experience handling large animals and of course barn cats. This includes attending to wounds and administering oral medications. I have had small dogs in the past and currently have 2 young cats, Dolly and Loretta! I have looked after many of my friends large and small dogs, cats, horses you name it! I’m a diligent note taker and quick study so anything your pet needs I can provide. I am currently working part-time from 2-5:30 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am taking classes online so I am flexible with time right now. I will work with you to understand your pets needs. If your pet has a favorite walking path, toy, treat or any quirks (we all have those lol) I want to know about those so I can provide the best quality care!

About: My aunts and friends have always had dogs, so growing up I had a lot of experience with a wide variety of animals. I’ve helped my aunt train her excited Chocolate Lab puppy, taken care of my friend’s barky, 11 pound Mini Pinscher while they were away, and helped feed, walk, and play with my own household’s anxious, raw diet mut, Sheila. I know how to love and take care of any type of dog—from loudly outgoing to shy! I just finished my sophomore year of college and am looking to help care for anyone’s pets this summer. My schedule is open, so I am flexible to visit your pet whenever you need! I will gladly take your dog on a nice long walk and play with them around your backyard to release any pent up energy! Inside, I’m also up for playing with toys and giving lots of pets!

About: I grew up on a farm around all kinds of animals, so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I’ve loved and cared for many dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have a flexible schedule as I am in between jobs right now and have plenty of availability for pet care, walks, check-ins, and overnight stays. I try to keep pets as comfortable and relaxed as possible by sticking closely to their normal routines. About: Hi there, my name is MJ and I'm interested in help you with your doggos, or just your one and only pupper. I have been around dogs all my life. From chihuahuas, to pitties, a Rhodesian Ridgeback (yeah, they have a lot to say. Lol...), to your average American mutt, I seriously love all dogs. For the ones that just want the basics to those who are super charged, I can match their energy. I'm available for drop-in feedings, walks, and play-time. Have a doggo that needs a little extra attention, no problem I don't mind hanging out for a few hours, so you can run errands doggo free, appointment that might be long, or just need to escape for a bit. I am flexible between the hours of 8:30am-5pm, if you are in Shelburne village I can be a bit more flexible until 8pm. Overnight stay can be arranged with at least 2+ weeks notice. We have 2 fabulous felines, Zen & Leia, that are our fur babes!! We start every morning with feeding & water changes. Toy & fun, scritches & snuggles, sometimes even a cat nap. We make our own cat food as well. I have cared for personal family pets, friends pets (dogs, cats, fish, smallies.). I am very professional and enjoy being around animals very much. We have 2 cats, Zen Vader and Princess Leia. We also have a ball python, Ms. Bea Arthur. Caring for animals brings me so much joy, and I love the thank yous of butt wiggles and a purring machine.

About: I love animals and spending time with them. I have two older dogs of my own that require a lot of care. I also regularly work with humane society’s with their doggy day out program. I typically take a shelter dog once a week for the entire day, hoping they eventually get adopted. Many of them have found loving homes. I’m free whenever!!! I am around all summer and happy help someone in need when it comes to their pets. I have a very flexible schedule, available both weekdays and weekends. I have two adopted shelter dogs. They are 11 years old and sweet girls, Izzy and Lucy. I care for them daily with feedings, walks and playing in the yard.

About: I have actively been taking care of dogs since I was a teenager, and in doing so I have worked with a variety of breeds, sizes, and dog of different ages. My manner of minding focuses on building a connection with the dog while uniquely understanding the breed and the specific needs they may need met. I'm very active and thus great with dogs who are looking to get in shape or have high energy levels. I have experience working with dogs who have been abused or neglected and re-socialising them. My home is large enough for multiple dogs of many sizes to be comfortable in as well as a short walk away from multiple parks. Both mornings as well nights are currently available Monday-Sunday.

About: Relationship with animals has always been a passion of mine. I started grooming dogs with my grandmother at the age of 10, but was her assistant long before I earned the title. It brings me joy and fulfillment to care for pups and cats alike, while creating an environment where they (and you) can feel safe and earn my trust in the process. As a part time bartender at Pascolo Restaurant in Downtown Burlington, it would fit into my schedule to walk dogs in the morning, afternoon and early evening as well as weekends. There is a lot of freedom to work around your schedule :) In my home, I live off of Main Street in Vergennes and can provide safe walking around town as well as some of the trails near by. In your home, I am quick to adapt to whatever will make you most comfortable!

About: Hello! I am an animal lover from way back, I grew up with many animals from rabbits to geese to horses- so if you have any of those too that will work for me. I love connecting with dogs of all breeds and walking them throughout the neighborhood, or going for a hike, or taking them to a park. I am available for walks, check-ins, and boarding in my own home, where I have a yard and am close to multiple walking trails. Expectations and boundaries are important, as are use of cues and reward systems. Everyone's system looks a little different, and I am happy to provide continuity to promote good behavior for your pet. Let's meet and chat to find if it would be a good fit! About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life and would like a side job where I can help myself and also help someone else. It's hard to find rewarding jobs that fit with your 9 - 5 and I'm hoping I can find something like that here. I'm really good with all animals, and love children (which is good when you walk dogs kids always try to pet them). I'm loving, kind, reliable and have a flexible schedule. I'm open to whatever is needed and want to build a stable relationship for the dog owners who select me to help them out. I also have a degree in psychology and my family still has pets, I get to help with them as well lucky for me :) I work remote from home so I'm available all the time, which is great for pet care! My schedule is very flexible and can take lots of breaks as needed. I live alone with no pets so it's the perfect spot to board animals. I also have no problem staying at your home if that is what is needed.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a small farm. I have chickens, ducks, turkies, pigs, dogs and cats. Alone with rabbits and guinea pigs. we are a very pet friendly area. Live in a wooded area on a dead end street. I currently work from home and have time for pet care. My youngest daughter is also in the home. About: Animals have always been an important part of my life since I was little. Growing up, my neighbors' and friends' dogs became honorary family members through countless walks, and I attended a summer camp held by the Humane Society to expand my pet care knowledge. When I was a teenager, we adopted a pet of our own - an elderly dog with a lot of special needs. Later on, I held a summer job on an educational farm, where I cared for a variety of farm animals on a daily basis and facilitated safe interactions with visitors. More recently, I've expanded my repertoire to include cats and house sitting. I'm fully available on weekends, summers, and select holidays. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats all throughout my childhood and have taken care of a couple dogs full time over the years. I am experienced mostly with dogs but I am familiar with cat care. I work nights in the Burlington area so I can work around most schedules and prefer afternoon work for walking. If you need house visits I can work with you on a good schedule. I will follow your directions to a T and will transport animals as needed for walks/hikes. I will treat them as my own as I don’t have any pets and miss having animals around.

About: I grew up with many dogs normally two at a time. I grew up with a great pyrenees and bernese mountain dog. We have a french bulldog now and a pit bull so I am good with any breed!! My mom used this same platform to watch dogs for a while and i would help her! I am home for college right now, and am in desperate need for a job!
