About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover. Growing up my family had all types of pets from frogs to dogs to birds. Now as an adult, I have two fur babies of my own, a cat and a dog! They are my whole world and I will care for your babies as I do my own. I’m currently working at a restaurant, so my hours are flexible and normally only work in the afternoon. I can be available to board any day of the week! I have a fenced in back yard that my sweet pup would love to play with your pup in. I do have a crate if you would like me to crate your pup while I care for him/her. I also have a cat, but she normally doesn’t pay attention to the dogs that are in my house.
“Bijayata took great care of Lola and was super sweet and easy to communicate with. She was thorough and provided updates and was super flexible with pickup and drop off. I felt super comfortable having Lola stay with her and would definitely leave Lola with her again!!”

About: I’ve been boarding and caring for dogs for over 10 years, and it’s truly one of my favorite things to do. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and they always feel right at home with me. My flexible med school schedule allows me to give each dog plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. All of my friends trust me with their pets, and I’m confident that yours will feel just as comfortable, loved, and cared for in my hands. I’m a medical student here in Charleston, and since I live just 15 minutes from campus, it’s easy for me to go back and forth between home and class. That flexibility lets me stay close and available for your pet throughout the day, whether it’s for walks, check ins, or just some extra company When I care for pets I like to keep their routine as familiar as possible. I always ask owners to write out their dog’s daily schedule so I can follow it closely and make sure nothing feels off or stressful for them. At my place dogs are free to roam the house and get cozy on the couch as long as they’re clean, they’re welcome to make themselves at home.
“Allison is fantastic! She cared for our 4 month old puppy and was so attentive a patient. She even worked with her on basic training and when we came home I noticed a huge difference in Chloes’s obedience. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Meg was so patient with our boys and provided feedback every single day. She was flexible with our flight being delayed for original pick up times and was sensitive to each of their needs and able to judge how they interacted with other dogs and accommodate if needed”
“Sasha always does a great job taking care of our little dog Ginger!... She's always sending pics and keeps us updated with how everything's going!.. Thanks Sasha... we appreciate you!”

“If your looking for a place for your dog to have a big backyard, a sweet other dog to play with and some amazing people to take care of your dog, then Julia is who you should book with with! My dog Cappy stayed with her all weekend and she was very attentive at sending me pictures and updating me if anything happened. She also has a very sweet and loving black lab that will be a great play buddy for any dog. She is also very flexible with pickup and drop off times and is very quick with responding back. Thank you again Julia!”
“Shadow immediately remembered Amanda’s house and was soooo excited. I feel like my dog had her own vacation! Amanda always sends me daily pictures of Shadow which always puts my mind to ease. Highly recommend Amanda!”

“Michelle took excellent care of our energetic puppy Harper. We are so relieved to have found such a reliable person that we can trust to take care of our pet(s) so that we do not need to worry when we are away. Bonus, Harper had the best time following Michelle's dog Pheobe around and was able to learn so much about being with another dog. We look forward to having Michelle take care of Harper again.”

“Sarah and Ethan were FANTASTIC! They really helped me and my husband out when we needed a last minute sitter for Easter. They sent many photos and were easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend.”

“Another great stay with Jamie and Alec! They are really great about sending pics to calm my fraying dog-dad nerves! Frankie really seems to enjoy the experience as well.”

About: Taking care of animals is something I have always been passionate about. I have grown up with labs, and am the proud momma of an 8 year old terrier mix that I rescued in college, and the proud step momma of a 2 year old 105 lb yellow lab. I am looking to grow my book of business here on Rover as a way to make extra money doing something that I’m passionate about. I love going on walks and am happy to meet your pet where they are at, whether that’s lounging in the sun in the backyard and doing laps around the neighborhood to get their energy out! I have lived with & taken care of both small & large breeds. I’m looking for consistent clients who are need of services while they are at work and looking to get their dog some exercise and socialization (one-off clients are welcome too!) If you are in the Park Circle, West Ashley, Daniel Island, downtown, or Mount Pleasant area please reach out! Currently have full time availability for walking and drop-ins! I am open to taking clients 6 days/week (Sunday-Friday). While I am building out my client list I want to have extra availability to make your life easier. I am very respectful of owners wishes in regards to how they want their pet cared for. Willing to work out any accommodations necessary for you and your pets. You will always receive a picture or video of our time together and I will make sure your pet is receiving the love that they deserve!

We had such a great experience with Claire! We have not left our dog very much and he was a bit anxious about the whole experience, but Claire did everything to make sure he was comfortable and cared for. She was very kind and kept us updated on how things were going. Thank you Claire!

Shannon was awesome! I got pics and videos of my pup the entire stay along with frequent communication. She took my dog on frequent walks and I could tell she felt right at home. Shannon was accommodating to my schedule and I’ll definitely book her again in the future.

Hannah does an amazing job taking care of our Lab, Gunner! She is communicative, reliable, and clearly great with dogs. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Gunner looked happy, well cared for, and totally comfortable when we got back—which says everything. It’s clear Hannah treated him like her own and made sure he got plenty of attention and care. We’re so grateful for her help and absolutely trust her with Gunner any time we are away. Highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter!

Lauren did a very good job watching my dog for two weeks while I was on a work trip. She communicated with me effectively, sent pictures every day, and gave my pup great exercise. When I had a delay in returning from my trip she extended my dogs stay no problem. Highly recommend her services.
