I'm Hill. I'm a writer, which means I work from home — so your dog is never alone. No crate schedules, no long empty afternoons. They're with me on the couch while I work, out for walks when they need them, and generally living the life they have at your place, minus you. I've been caring for dogs on and off for twenty years — the last four, professionally, in my home. Most of my business is regulars — dogs who've stayed with me a dozen times and drag their owners to my door. Two or three guests at a time, so your dog gets actual attention rather than a spot in a pack. I’m happy to send photos and updates while you're away. Ask my regulars' dogs for references; they're biased but enthusiastic.

Hill provided excellent care for Nora, keeping me informed with daily photos and updates. Nora had a comfortable stay. Hill was highly responsive and very accommodating of a last-minute adjustment to her boarding schedule.

Hill was amazing with my dog! He was communicative, reliable, and clearly cared a lot about making sure my dog was comfortable and well taken care of. Schedule
I'm a writer who currently works from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your cat, dog, turtle, rabbit, etc. I’m available morning through night. I will send texts, including pictures, daily. Please ask if I am boarding other dogs, as I have clients outside of Rover.
