“We were hesitant on leaving our Golden Retriever Jack to a sitter. Jack had just lost his lifelong companion to cancer a few days earlier. We could tell he was depressed and we had no choice on leaving. Knowing Jacks situation, Lexi went above and beyond in making Jack feel loved while we were away. It’s the little things that make a good sitter into a great sitter. The daily photos and the loving text messages we received were a relief to both Pam and myself. Her concern about the condition she left our home, bed was stripped and the entire home cleaned. Notes about visitors that knocked on our doors. Caring for our outdoor plants in 100 degree heat. We’re so happy to have been introduced to Lexi by Rover. 1st time user but will never choose another when it comes to taking care of our family. Thank you again Lexi.”

“Ella stayed in my home with my very skittish cat Odin, who usually takes a while to get use to people. While I was on vacation I got pictures of Odin snuggled up with Ella’s arm. It’s always hard to leave your pets in someone’s else’s hands, but I could see how comfortable Odin was with her and it made being away a bit easier. Ella also took wonderful care of my home, it looks exactly the same as I left it.”

“Jessa is great! She’s a responsible person who loves animals. On many occasions, she’s watched our cat (The Grey Catsby) while we’ve been out of town. She has taken great care of Catsby, making sure he gets plenty of food, treats, and clean water. She is caring and has given Catsby plenty of affection. We have always felt comfortable having Jessa in our house, and encouraged her to stay and hang out while we weren’t there. I give her 5 stars!”

About: As many have before I grew up with a family dog to care for. However, I have also received proper education on dog behavior, dog body language, dog training, and dog and cat first aid certified having gone through courses to do so. I previously worked as a kennel staff at a nonprofit training facility in Lincoln! I know though places like that are very nice to take your dog, having one person watch your dog closely and accommodate specifically to all their needs can be better!! My focus here is simply giving your beloved pets some love and exercise while doing very basic obedience (if requested) training to your discretion. I love dogs so much and can’t afford to have one of my own, but Rover fufills my love for dogs and caring for them to the true best of my ability! Pet care is my life! I own a 2 bunnies, 6 hamsters, lots of fish! I have to care for them daily and I love it! I also have experience working with 7 or more dogs at once. I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor. Your fur baby would be taken out to the restroom every 1-2 hours. My personal pets will be secluded to their own rooms away from their own. There is a fenced-in dog park on the property that is a beautiful space for your pet to run around and exercise!

He made me feel at ease being away from my dogs. He made sure our pups had a good time while we were away. Our house was clean when we came home. Dom is the best! About: My family has owned Labs my entire life- and I especially miss them when I'm at school! I've walked my own dogs for about 7 years, ever since my mom suffered an injury. I am a college student who does classes remotely, so I am available every day/most nights! It's great for me to get out of the house and spend time with your pup :) I am highly independent and thus I'm very conscientious about making sure things are done right- I keep a close eye on pets at all times and am good at anticipating when their needs may cause them to act out.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life for more than 50 years. They depend on me and trust I will love them totally as will your pets. I babysit my grandkids up to 3 days a week during the day. Pet care drop ins and overnights will be scheduled around this routine. I will care for your pets safely in your home and yard insuring they don't escape and locking up securely when I leave your home.
