I work full time 9am-5pm Mon-Fri but am available for drop ins and house sitting before and after my work day. When booked for a house sitting I’m typically at the home full time on weekends. I am available for walks later afternoon/evenings during the week and most anytime on weekends! Unfortunately, I am out of a car to drive distance for services so I’m currently restricted to about a 2 mile radius from my home as If have to walk or bike to any location. Though, in certain circumstances if transportation is somehow provided I am still very open to a wider range when we can make it work.

I care for all animals with the same love and affection of being my own! I always do my best to follow any instructions given per the FurMom/FurDad and make sure that your little fluff has a great time. :) My goal is to keep things as normal as possible for their routine while you’re away.

Any special needs, fears, insecurities, etc. that may make them uncomfortable. I do my best to be very aware of body language and their actions but no one knows them better than you! Let me know of any little quirks that will help us understand each other. :)

I love playing around with animals. Whether it’s puzzle games, fetch, walks, or just lounging. I can practice/maintain training/behaviors you may be working on. When within range, I can take them to a dog park if they are allowed or we can stay at home if that’s the vibe. Overall, I try to keep their routine normal and stress-free.

I’m Ashley! I’m NE born and raised. I’ve lived in Lincoln for almost 10 years! I received my bachelors degree at UNL and my Masters and UNO. I have experience caring for dogs throughout my whole life and have had dogs in my life and own home throughout my childhood and currently have my own dog as an adult as well. I was a dog walker in high school and walked dog packs of 6-8 dogs at once of all sizes with my best friend. 🥰 I’ve been a cat owner for 6 years as well in addition to experience working in a Cat Hotel and living/loving my friends kitties, so I’m pretty comfortable with our feline friends too! I’ve also worked for almost a year at doggie daycare locally in Lincoln recently to take us some of my spare time giving me more experience with routinely caring for fur friends that aren’t my on, following given food/medication regimens, etc.

Ashley did a fantastic job watching our puppies and the house! I felt so comfortable the whole week knowing that they were in good hands the entire time we were gone.
Thanks for taking care of Geordi again. We all appreciate the care you give him.
