I've taken care of animals all my life growing up on a farm in Nebraska. I have worked with horses, birds, rabbits, cats, dogs, and mules. I have previous dog and cat sitting experience with family and friends. Working as vet tech assistant I have experience with administering medication and treatments, restraining, obedience, nail trims, grooming, and senior and puppy experience. I am a senior in my undergraduate degree into veterinary science.

I was happy to be able to book Abby to house/dog sit for me on short notice. She did a great job, and everything was in order when I came home. She kept me informed daily with updates and pictures. I highly recommend her as a house/pet sitter.
Based on Abbys profile, it leads you to believe if she's not at work or school, she would be there with your animals and keep them on their routine. This is not the case. We have a doorbell camera that notifies us every time a person is at the door, so we saw when she arrived and left. She would be there for an hour and then leave for 2-9 hours and come back for an hour. Outside of sleeping hours which are 1-2 a.m. - 8-9 a.m. for her, she was there 3 hours a day. Our dogs have NEVER been alone like that in their life. And they didn't ever go out at their "normal" times. She had her boyfriend over to our house without prior approval or mention of it to us. When we got home a window was left open and no had been there for hours. We did tell her she didn't need to come back to let them out after their morning potty, so thats not what im saying is the issue but the window being open with no one home for 7 hours. The inside of the microwave was filthy like something she cooked exploded and she didn't clean it up. Otherwise the house and dogs were fine. This was our first and last time using rover.
Abby was the absolute best! The boys loved her and she took such good care of them! I will definitely ask her to watch the boys again!
Even through wild storms, Abby has taken great care of our pup. She’s very responsive and I love getting pictures of my girl while we’re away.
Abby is so trustworthy! She takes good care of my elderly dog and all the younger pets as well. My older dog needs some special care and Abby is so willing to provide. She also takes great care of our house and we appreciate her!

Schedule
I am currently a full time student and I work part time as a vet tech assistant. Due to this I may have to be away from the house for 8 hours. Any spare time I have will be spent with your pets and ensuring they are being well taken care of.
