About: I can't say whether I am a dog or cat person, I've had both in the past! I've been taking care of pets on and off of Rover since I can remember. I don't have my own pet currently but am SO excited for that day to come! I live and work in Lincoln! I work mostly weekdays and occasional weekends, the specific days vary which allows me to be pretty flexible. I start at 7:30a, so if you need a visit early in the morning I can do that! I finish anywhere from 12p-4:30p, depending on the day. I play sand volleyball on Monday nights, happy to work around that. Overall I feel I have plenty of time in my schedule and would love to put that time to good use! I have had a number of pets in my life, and am grateful for all of them! Most recently I helped raise kittens, and provided them a safe place to grow up for their first few months. People depend on me to provide safe, nurturing care for their creatures :)

About: I have grown up around dogs whether it be puppies or a seniors. They bring me such joy. I worked at a vet clinic taking care of the dogs and cats. I have a very flexible schedule these days as classes aren’t too difficult. I do work Monday and Wednesday evening so I am not available those nights. I have lots of experience with my family dogs. I have also worked at a vet clinic taking care of dogs and cats. I work well with them and can learn quickly if there are any specific needs. I will work with your normal routine.

“Kirsten has watched my two cats twice now and was so amazing!!! The first time was over the 4th of July and she stayed with them till late to make sure they were OK with the fireworks. My babies have never been happier. Usually I get the silent treatment for several days after I'm gone, but the two times she's watched them they've been super lovey when I get home and purring up a storm. “Reiah exceeded my expectations! She stopped by to meet the boys days prior to staying at my place. I had a list of how to feed the boys, walks, bed, etc. she read them and understood. She sent videos and photos while we were gone with the boys and offered to be at my home when I arrived back home. She was personable and the boys loved her! About: I have a full-time job at the university, but animals have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Being a Rover dogwalker and sitter brings me nothing but joy. In our family, we have two golden retrievers, one german shepherd, and one Maine Coon mix cat. When I have someone watch my pets, I want them to feel loved and safe and that's the exact care I strive to provide for your family! I'm comfortable caring for rescues with additional needs. I've worked with dogs ranging from teacup breeds to giants. I have extensive experience with cats, including special needs care and bottle-feeding kittens. I've raised and worked with puppies, providing training that aligns with the pet parent's goals during our sessions. I can administer oral medication and always review veterinarian details so that in case of an emergency situation I can act quickly and effectively. Each pet is so unique, so I customize activities based on their needs and what you prefer. These activities might include backyard playtime, walks, playing with their favorite toys, and practicing commands. I always treat every session like a photo-shoot, trying to provide cute and candid photos. For check-ins and house-sitting I typically send 5+ pictures and I'll do my best to take photos that you'd want to frame! Thank you so much for considering me to care for your fur-family! On weekends we take our dogs to the dog park, swimming, and other adventures. I love all animals like I love my own. By being patient, calm, and trusting the animals personal boundaries.
