I’m currently a student-athlete on the soccer team at University of Nebraska so the fall schedule while we are in season can get a little crazy. I currently have practices and classes during the week, but I frequently come home during the early afternoon and after dinner in between these events. I will always be home during the evening to take your pet on long walks or do whatever their favorite activity is!

In my own home we never had a fence, so I am very comfortable with dogs both on and off the leash, whatever you prefer. I have also had dogs that are friendly with others and ones that are more aggressive, so I am used to handling both.

Please let me know ahead of booking if you’re dog has any medications required, anxiety issues, is teething, or if it would require us to block off any areas of the house. I have handled dogs with all this before, however would want to know if any precautions to take before the dog arrives!

I love to teach dogs new tricks, take them on long walks or runs, play fetch, or just lay around on the couch with them. As long as you let me know what your dog or dogs like best, I’m up for it!

Avery took good care of Maggie and our home while we were out of state. Unfortunately, on her last day, my dog experienced a sudden medical emergency (unrelated to Avery’s care). She did everything right handling the situation including calling our emergency contact and getting Maggie to the emergency vet!
Avery did a great job watching our pets. We had her stay overnight and our house and pets were very well cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to her next time we are out of town.
Avery is fabulous! My puppy just adores her!
