“Michelle was extremely kind with Rocky!! She sent multiple photos and updates with what he was up to. She acted like she already knew him which I’m sure made him feel comfortable and safe! Michelle was flexible with pick up time and I’d definitely book again!”

About: Hi! I’m a devoted pet parent and passionate animal lover who treats every pet like family. For the past 4+ years, I’ve shared my life with my own fur baby, and she’s truly become my best friend. Spending my days caring, playing, and bonding with her has taught me how to build trust, show love, and pay attention to the little things that matter most to animals. What sets me apart is the level of care I bring by being thoughtful, detail-oriented, and heartwarming. I’ve learned to read pets' emotions, recognize when something isn’t quite right, and respond quickly. After navigating health issues with my own pup, I know how to stay calm, be prepared, and act fast when needed, always putting their safety and comfort first. I'm also very mindful of my surroundings during walks or social encounters. I’ve developed a strong sense of how to read the body language of unfamiliar dogs and can quickly spot when another dog may be feeling anxious or reactive. This helps me avoid risky situations and ensures that the dogs in my care are always safe and well-protected. Whether your pet needs a cuddle buddy, a playful companion, or someone to keep a watchful, loving eye while you’re away, I’m here to give them the same love and care I give my own. I'm currently available full time to care for your pets! I recently moved to the U.S. with my husband and our fur baby due to his job. I am going to school to learn english as english is my second language so I hope that Rover also gives me the oportunity to meet many animal lover parents and helps me get more involved with the community. On the side I love working out and when I am not with my family or at school I am typically running and excercising, as that is a big part of my life. I’m here to provide the specific care your pet needs whether it’s a visit, a walk, respecting their space, offering a safe crate or area to relax, or keeping track of feeding times. I pay close attention to every detail to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away from your furry family member, so I’m happy to send as many photos and videos as you’d like. I truly love making pet parents feel calm and confident that their baby is in great hands.
“Roo had the best time at daycare! Maritza truly takes such amazing care of our girl and sends so many updates. There’s nothing better than knowing she’s having an amazing time while we’re away!!”

“Arianna took really good care of my Puppy Oakley. She walked him and gave him positive attention every time. She fed him on the assigned times and took him out to potty. She has very friendly dogs that were friendly towards Oakley. Recommend in the time of need. Thanks again!”

“Yvie did an amazing job watching my two dogs. Yvie was incredibly responsive, always on time for pickup/dropoff, and showed genuine care for my dogs. I felt completely at ease knowing my dogs were in such good hands. I would definitely book Yvie again!”

About: Hello! My name is Allison and I am a certified dog-lover! I have over 15 years of experience taking care of my own, family members', and friends' dogs, as well one year of dog walking with over 100 dogs via the Wag app. I grew up taking care of an adorable toy poodle that I appropriately named Peppy. Ever since I can remember I've helped dog-sit and walk family's and friends' dogs of all kind, some of which include my aunt's adorable yet mischievous Bichon Frise and two clever Jack Russel Terriers, my good friend's sweet and enormous husky, and my grandma's energetic little mutt. In New York I had the privilege of caring for my roommate's full-size Golden Retriever, a gorgeous and gentle giant named Jack, who I regularly took out for walks, bathed, fed, and administered arthritis medication when my roommate was frequently out of town. I joined Rover and Wag after my own dog passed because I can never get enough of dogs and was already helping friends and neighbors dog walk and sit part time. Every minute I've worked with my clients' pups has been such a joy since I've joined. I've gained an average five star rating from over 100 reviews on Wag. I do my absolute best to ensure both the owner and pup are comfortable and happy at all times during our time together, and have taken the time to educate myself, practice, and perfect various techniques to ensure a happy and safe pup no matter the size, breed, or temperament. I took a few year hiatus from Rover due to frequent moves and other life circumstances, but I'm excited to say that I've settled in Huntington Beach and am taking bookings again! It's a privilege to gain the trust and share the love of your loyal, furry friends. I can't wait to meet and spend time with them! Having been a pup mom myself, I understand that pups need special love and care when they are in a new environment without Mom and Dad. Because I work from home, I am happy to say I have the ability to keep your pup company all day. From time to time, I may need to go out for 1-2 hours for errands or appointments but can arrange my schedule to avoid these or even bring them along with me if your pup struggles with separation anxiety. I live in the lovely neighborhood of Bixby Knolls. There is a semi-gated, private grassy area within my apartment complex that I take the pups out for potty. For longer walks, I love taking a stroll through the beautiful homes with generous sidewalks and grass in surrounding in the area. I typically take at least 2 twenty minutes walks per day with Meeka, but am more than happy to have an excuse to take longer and more frequent walks if your energetic pup needs more outdoor time. Because my remote work 8a-4p schedule is flexible, I'm able to play, cuddle, and take frequent potty breaks throughout the workday to ensure your pup gets plenty of love.
“Our Teddy had an amazing fun filled day with his party of 4 family + furry friend Sophie. Highly recommended Jamie & family if your baby needs loving, comfy, safe and playful care!”

“Brittany was delightful to work with….prior to finalizing the booking we did a meet and greet and that allowed us to quickly see how natural she was with our pup, Reggie. Reggie immediately responded in a very positive manner to Brittany. Brittany’s own dog was mellow and good with Reggie. The day we dropped Reggie off, as soon as I got her out of the car she headed right for Brittany’s front door! Brittany is enthusiastic and caring, and put us at ease that we made the right decision choosing her, we will be rebooking with her soon! One last thing Brittany is great at communicating and sent multiple pictures to us of Reggie. Thanks Brittany see you again soon.”

“This was my first time using rover and Elizabeth did a great job with my dog Josie! She was super fast and responsive when I requested the booking. Very thorough with any questions or concerns I had. Very flexible with dropping off and picking up. I could tell that Elizabeth and her family had a great time with Josie and I do not have a single complaint! Overall genuine experience :)”

“Jacqueline has been our reliable sitter ever since we moved back to SoCal. She is so flexible and takes care of our babies. They are happy & safe every time we leave them with her! We will never book with anyone else. Thank you so much (:”

“Marina has been absolutely amazing! If you’re looking for someone to take care of your fur babies I highly recommend Marina. My puppy pretzel, isn’t very social, and when I brought her to Marina’s house for a meet up, she wasn’t initially friendly towards the other dogs. However, Marina patiently worked with pretzel and carefully introduced her to the group. I am impressed by Marina’s ability to create a calm and welcoming environment. She is incredibly patient, caring, and always goes the extra mile to help. She’s also flexible with scheduling, which has been a huge help! On top of that, her rates are very reasonable!”

“Ximena did a wonderful job doggy sitting my puppy I was a little nervous since Im a first time puppy owner but she did an excellent job of keeping him happy and entertained thank you I appreciate the work you do.”

“Omolara did amazing! I really trust her with my Doberman Nova. She’s very responsive and flexible! She takes care of all Novas needs and provides many pictures. I definitely recommend!”

“Andrea was great with Fela and I appreciate her communication and attention to detail throughout the process. Love that she sent photos during his stay. Would love to book with her again.”

“I was so nervous to leave my baby with anyone for the first time but Angie really is amazing & made me feel more at ease with everything. My Winnie loved her so much, & I'm definitely going to use her again if I need to, not to mention recommend her to others!”

“Oso had a great time! He loved spending time at Lauren's and seemed less than excited to leave. Lauren's dog Koa is a chill guy and didn't mind that Oso was bouncing around in his backyard. Oso had a deep snooze when he got home after his fun day.”

“I'm so grateful Davy responded to my last minute request. It was my first time using Rover, and a service like this on general, so I was very skeptical of using it. I was also worry about my puppy (Peanut) socializing with Davy's dogs since I hadn't socialized him. Davy sent me updates with pictures and videos which made me so happy and at ease. He is professional, caring pet sitter, trustworthy, and reliable. I highly recommend him. Davy thank you! And thank you for all the puppy tips ❤️”

“Marco had a wonderful day! I really appreciated all the updates and photos throughout his stay. It was great seeing that he got a nice walk and lots of attention. He came home happy and relaxed, which is always the best sign. Thank you for taking such good care of him — I would definitely book again!”

North Long Beach dog parents share their Rover experiences
Ashley is amazing and so lovely to work with! She’s thoughtful, attentive, and treated my dog as if she was one of her own. She even provided updates with photos and cute little notes, and I could tell my dog was having the time of her life. I was happy to find out that her dog Klaus and my girl became best friends. I’m looking forward to putting my dog under Ashley’s care again!

Angie’s profile mentions that she is a dog whisperer, and this is completely accurate. As soon as my dog saw her, he ran towards her like he’d known her all his life, even though this was his first time meeting Angie. My dog, who has some separation anxiety, was completely comfortable with me leaving him with her. I would definitely book Angie again.
Emma was such a sweetheart and took such great care of our boys while we were out for the day! They loved their spacious home with lots of room to explore. She treated them as if they were her own and sent the cutest updates. As a dog mom who has major trust issues leaving her reactive dogs with strangers, I knew they were in the best hands with Emma and she reassured me that she'd watch their cues etc, and tailored their care to their needs. We will definitely be using Emma and Bryce again! Thanks again for watching our boys!

Sugheidy provided great care & updates for our pup. I’m grateful she took up on our dog sitting booking last minute. Honestly I definitely recommend if you need any dog sitting services! Thank you again Sugheidy. Will be booking again for Buddy in the future ☺️
