We get to hang out all day since I’m home full time. I can give your dog the same 100% attention :) It would be nice to take care of another dog and go on walks and give my dog more play time with a friend! Russell (my dog) likes to sleep and cuddle all day. If you know dachshunds then you know how it is. Whether your dog needs playtime, a walk or is a cuddle bug, I can ensure your pet stays happy and active during their stay. I will follow your specific feeding instructions and ensure your pet has plenty of fresh water and their favorite treats (if allowed). Any preferences and routines will be followed so that your pet (and you) feel safe and comfortable in my care. Want lots of updates? You got it! About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I’m truly passionate about. Growing up, my family always had anywhere from three to five dogs at a time, which taught me from a young age how to love, care for, and be responsible for animals. Those experiences helped shape my deep appreciation for the companionship, trust, and joy that pets bring into our lives. As a dog mom myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. My dog, Tommy Lee, is my world and one of the most important parts of my life. I primarily work remotely, which allows me to be home and present with pets throughout most of the day. While I occasionally need to be on-site for work, about 90% of my schedule is remote, giving me plenty of flexibility to provide attention, companionship, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of love. I also have a park right behind my home where Tommy Lee and I regularly go for walks, fresh air, and exercise, giving visiting pets plenty of opportunities for activity and enrichment during their stay. Because I spend so much time at home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction, exercise, and care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while you’re away! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets are treated like family, not just guests. As a dog mom, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. My dog, Tommy Lee, is incredibly friendly, social, and loves both people and other animals. Because she shares our home, I do require that pets staying with us are friendly, well-socialized, and do not have a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals. This helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for everyone. I work hard to create an environment where pets can relax, feel secure, and receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. Communication is also very important to me, so I’ll be happy to send regular photo and video updates throughout your pet’s stay. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease from the moment they arrive until the moment they head home❣️

My kids (ages 5 & 11) love animals too and they help me out with routine, safety, and making sure each pet feels comfortable and well cared for. We are great at following each pet's routine closely based on the owner's instructions. This includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, light exercise, and any medications as directed. We make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for during each visit, clean up after meals or play, and provide photos so owners know their pet is doing well.

About: I care for my elderly rescued bird, an elderly Yorkie, and have owned a mouse for 4 years past its life expectancy. My child hood dog, a miniature pinscher lived till 21 years old. I also grew up spending my summers at horse camp which taught me how to give an animal space and read their emotions: if they need water or attention for example. I recently quit my job to focus writing and being a full time student. I enjoy taking care of people's pets alongside my grandma at my grandparents house. About: I experienced love at first sight with my dog, Peluchine in 2005. He lived 19 beautiful years by my side, he peacefully passed in May, 2024. While having my own dog, I learned to care for Peluchine (sassy Bichone Frisé) during all stages of his life (puppy stage, teenage stage, and elderly stage). During the years I mastered a steady routine that worked for him and I. With that being said, I specialize in senior care, long steady walks, and medication administration. I strive to care for each dog like I cared for mine! I’m available for dog day care on the weekends 8am-8pm. I am available for dog walking Monday - Friday 5pm-9pm. I enjoy hiking and beach walks on the weekend and if your dog likes field trips, I’ll be more than happy to have your fur baby tag along! I live in a dog friendly neighborhood. I have a large fenced yard with ample space for your dog to run around and play. Fenced area is more than 8 FT tall.

About: Since loosing my sweet boxer last year to cancer, I am seeking more opportunities to spend time with and love on animals as if they were my own. For those needing a hand with a busy schedule, I would be grateful to help out with their fur buddies. As a lifelong animal lover I have experience with overnight stays and simple walks for family/friends pets as well, now hoping to expand horizons. I’ve taken care of the whole range from puppy potty training - animal aggressive dogs. I am currently a student at CSULB, during summer I have a very flexible schedule and also up until recently unemployed. My availability during the day is usually open and always open to move around. I am very comfortable with animals inside and outside the house. My pets have always slept inside on bed, although always end up on the couch. I do have a decent sized gated backyard with grassy areas. There is room for play as well as training essentials, crates, playpens etc.
