“Laura is a gem! I hired Laura to walk Ragnar while my husband was out of town for the week and I was working. She was prompt, excited, and ready for an adventure with treats at the ready every morning! Laura and Rags immediately bonded and he would come back tired and happy! I can’t thank Laura enough and will definitely be using her in the future!”

“Great communication - messaged me when he was 5 minutes away, and again after he actually got my anxious pup to walk away from the house so I knew she was doing ok. Would definitely book again when my regular walker isn't available!”

“Charles & Teresa went above and beyond to walk my dog Lilly while I was attending a memorial service for my friend. I drove down from Maine, met them at the cemetery, and they entertained Lilly while I participated in the service. It was so appreciated! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to walk Lilly since I would not be a repeat client but they were willing and eager to help.”

“Maggie is great! Very calm, reliable, and a great communicator. And ... our dog gets excited when she arrives (which isn't true for everyone), so she is a great fit and we feel so comfortable when we know Maggie is with our dog!”

About: My first experience taking care of dogs came at the age of 14 when my family got a rescue black lab puppy. Around the same time, I also started taking care of my friends' pets when they were away. Ever since then, I've become a huge dog lover and have become quite familiar with their different needs and signals. Whether they are playful, couch potatoes, big babies, or outside-lovers, I'm there for them! I am doing this as a part-time gig for the summer, so I have plenty of flexibility! The only times that don't work for me are Thursday and Friday mornings. I can take care of your pet on weekends and (most) holidays. I know meeting new people can be overstimulating for some dogs, especially with the combination of owners being away. I focus on being gentle and making pets feel as comfortable as possible. I also recognize every dog is unique and has their own habits/needs, which I take into account as well.

About: Donna and I started taking care of dogs when we lost our Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Dutchin. We got her when she was 3 months old and she was our baby. When she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, we couldn't bring ourselves to get another dog, but wanted to still experience the joy that dogs bring to our lives. We decided to provide both care and a safe, loving home for other people's pets while their humans are away or otherwise unable to care for them short-term. This way, we can give you peace of mind in knowing your best friend is safe and happy, and we get to interact with all kinds of dogs, which gives us great joy! Your friend will get all the love and attention you give them; and, well, if we spoil them a bit too much, sorry (not sorry)! We are both retired, so we have plenty of time to care for your pets whether in our home or yours. We are available for walks, drop in visits and overnight boarding in our home. When boarding with us, your fur baby will never be alone as someone is always home. We have a large fenced-in yard where your dog can run and play off leash safely. Are your pets used to making themselves at home on the couch? Not a problem! They are more than welcome to snuggle up on ours. If you wish to make your pet a little more at home, you may bring your pet's bed, toys and/or crate.

About: I have always loved dogs and eventually the begging worked when we got our first family dog when I was 7. Along with our own family dogs, I have taken care of many different dogs in my life, from Maltese to Great Dane, from 9 weeks old to 15 years old. I have dog-sat neighbor's dogs for weeks at a time, taken care of service dogs, and began fostering in 2020. I care for and love all dogs like they are my own and am learning more and more about training as I foster service dogs in training while at school! I am currently in school taking four classes so the majority of my time is free. I am available for walks/care about every day of the week except for 12:30-4 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The way I care for a pet varies between clients as sometimes I am asked to do simple training, while other times I'm told the dog is totally fine hanging out they just need someone to be home. I always follow the owners instructions/recommendations to ensure the best experience for all involved! I also do not typically feel comfortable letting dogs off leash outside unless the area is fenced in, I prefer to be on the safe side. Your dog will be in the best hands :)

About: Hi! My name is Juliana and I am a college student living in Boston this summer. I am a dog owner myself and have experience with dogs of all ages. I am comfortable meeting new dogs (or cats!) and taking care of them. I looking forward to the opportunity to walk or house sit for your pup! I am a student at Northeastern University and I just wrapped up a 6 month internship. Looking to stay busy the rest of the summer. I have a very flexible schedule and will be available during mornings, afternoons and evenings! I live in the city so can easily get to different homes. I can take them out on walks, feed them if needed, play with them, and offer them lots of attention.

About: With several years of feline friendship under my belt, I bring care and enthusiasm to cat sitting. Whether it's quality cuddle sessions, meticulous litter box maintenance, or tasty meal prep, I ensure your furry family members feel loved when you're away!🐱 I work from home (except Tuesdays) full-time and can check in on your cat at lunchtime on weekdays or in the evenings and on weekends. To care for pets in a client's home, I follow a routine that includes feeding according to the pet’s dietary needs, ensuring they have fresh water, and providing regular interaction. I also maintain cleanliness and safety in their living areas, administer any required medications, and follow specific instructions provided by the client. Communication is key, so I give regular updates to reassure the pet owner and address any concerns or changes in the pet’s behavior.

About: I have grown up with pets my entire life and in my teen years began to watch friends and neighbor's animals. I have experience with elderly animals and with training younger ones as well! I am currently a college student working a summer internship, however I have availability past 6:00 Monday through Thursday and full availability Friday through Sunday. With both my own pets and pets that I watch I first make sure they consistently have clean water and the appropriate food. Around every two hours for dogs I will bring them outside and let them play. I also try to interact/ play with the animal as often as possible, but respect their boundaries if they are a little more timid.

About: I love cats and dogs, my family has owned many pets my whole life. I have a lot of experience in how to care for them. I recently graduated from college and moved home and I'm currently working a part-time Summer job so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I have two cats at home right now so I cannot board any animals, but I have a car and would love to take yours on walks or at home sitting.

“Erin was great with Reggie and came through for me when I needed someone on short notice. Everything went smoothly and I came home to a contented dog. Thanks, Erin! Will definitely use you again.”

About: As a lifelong dog lover, I have cared for my own dogs that includes: 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs, 1 Olde English, and 1 roadside rescue mutt. Growing up around this pack has taught me quite a lot about not only, breed personality but also, what it means love and care for an animal I am currently doing an internship in Boston, part-time and unpaid, so I will have plenty of time on the weekends and some on the weekdays to tend to your pups! I am not planning to house dogs in my home, as I am staying with a family friend and feel that is not a kind thing to do
