“First time with Violeta and no complaints here! She was thorough with her visit which included plenty of pictures! Easy to communicate. She jumped right in there and had a ball (literally) with the high energy needs of our pup. Will definitely be using her as long as her availability allows.”

“Adriene was AMAZING with our two dogs, Chole and Luna! She gave them such love and attention. She communicated with us while we were away. This made us feel so comfortable. We knew they girls were being well cared for. We highly recommed Adriene!”

“Paige was communicative, kind and attentive to our sweet girl! She sent a nice report and adorable photos too, and made me feel so much better about leaving our dog home. Can’t wait to have her visit again!”

“We always use Elizabeth when we go on vacation. She takes great care of my cat and sends lots of pictures. She is easy to work with and we appreciate all she has done for our cats.”

“Betty took our two dogs for a great walk- they were active and excited and apparently wanted to go the bathroom a lot! Betty picked up after them and they enjoyed the exercise”

“Ashley was amazing, and I couldn’t recommend her more! I had anxiety about leaving my cats (first time hiring someone through Rover—my best friend used to watch my cats for the last 12 years). We did a meet and greet prior to booking. She communicated extremely well. She also sent me like 40-60 photos of my cats daily—and made sure to photograph each cat! Something that really put my anxieties at ease. She even agreed to watch my foster kittens (they should have been gone by the time of booking but had a medical emergency). She was fantastic!! Highly recommend!”

“Katie was great. Communicated any questions or issues really well. Highly recommend. She took great care of my dog and two cats!”

“Julia was great with my cat Paddy when she watched him for me. It gave me a lot of peace of mind he was so well cared for when I was out of town.”

“Savannah was so kind to reschedule at the last minute for us. And as usual, she was prompt on arrival. The cats are really showing interest in her and I'm feeling good about her looking after our boys.”

About: I've been my neighborhood's go-to pet-sitter since I was in elementary school. Now, I've been working at a doggy daycare in my hometown for almost three years. I have experience with many different types of pets, like fish, rodents, cats, and dogs of all ages and temperaments. I can also work on leash manners with your pup! I am a sophomore wildlife ecology major at UDel, and on breaks I work part time at a doggy daycare. This summer, I have an internship in Newark at Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research, and my off days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am available Sunday and Monday mornings, and Thursday and Saturday evenings. I am living in a rental house this summer very close to the UDel campus. The house has a no pet policy, but I can stop by for in-home visits and take walks with your pet.

“She was the best. Very caring, very punctual, it was nice knowing our kitty was in good hands. We could vacation and not have to worry”

About: Animals are Gods among us. I agree with Ricky Gervais, that "a dog loves you more than it loves itself, and that's why I worship dogs." Honestly, this gig is a bit selfish - my sweet baby Pit Mix passed away recently & I miss her terribly. I'm certain that engaging with animals will soothe this depression. I am socially awkward with humans, but I love animals. This will be therapy, a true gift, to me. I also need to exercise more and would like to be able to afford any kind of home, some day. My family has had pets since I was in kindergarten. I volunteered with Faithful Friends in High School, through which I also fostered kittens. I have taken care of my neighbors' & friends' pets while away over the years, which I equate to a collective total of ~2 years. I take medical issues very seriously & cared for my doll when she was ill. I understand how stressful & important it is. My favorite thing about walking a dog is when the folded tops of their ears bounce up and down. I work full time until ~4:30PM, but I am usually free after. I am available for boarding on the weekends. On the days I work from home (typically Monday & Wednesday), I can also provide a walk or check in during my lunch hour (1 to 2PM). There are no other animals or children in my home; your pet will have my undivided attention. I have a large partially fenced in yard, and many walking trails nearby. I'm also happy to take care of a pet in your home, if preferred.

About: I’ve cared for small dogs my whole life — from playful puppies to sweet senior companions. Growing up in a home full of small dogs taught me to be patient, attentive, and in tune with their needs. I also help care for our big family dog, who’s a senior but still loves his walks and belly rubs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or giving medication, I provide reliable, loving care that helps your pet feel safe, relaxed, and right at home while you're away. I have free time most evenings and can also make time in the mornings. Since I care for my own cat daily, pet care is already a natural part of my routine. I'm happy to be flexible and work pet visits into my schedule — whether it’s morning feedings, evening walks, or check-ins throughout the day, I’ll make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. I don’t offer pet care in my own home, as I have a cat who’s a bit territorial. However, I’m more than happy to care for your pet in their own home where they feel most comfortable and secure. I always prioritize safety, follow your instructions closely, and aim to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible when it comes to walks, feeding schedules, or just spending time keeping them company.

About: I've owned dogs and other pets my entire life. Whether it's going for walks or just making sure a friendly face is helping with day to day tasks, I am here to help. I look to be a new friend for every new fury family member. I am an artist for most of my day, but look to find the right opportunity to take care of special fury families within my area. I do not have a fenced in yard, so would be looking for right opportunities at home or walking services to meet the needs of families looking for pet care.

“I was a little nervous at first to try this app but Keira was very kind and accommodating for a last minute booking for my girl. She even took pictures and left a note! I will definitely love to rebook with her in the future :)”

About: I have my own dog of 4 years that my family and I rescued from an animal shelter when she was 2 months old. Taking care of her and educating her to be a sweet and loving addition to the family was hard but it showed me a lot about how to treat and understand dogs better. I go on walks myself frequently and am able to be very flexible in the times I am available to work. I also take care of my own dog and know the reliability it takes to care for a pet. I am offering the service of dog walking and pet visits, which I am accustomed to myself from doing this for years for friends. At a clients home, I am more than happy to give a dog physical activity in a backyard or go for long walks, as well as any other need the owner may need.

About: I’ve had a dog for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had any issues with any dogs. I’ve had a boxer, pitbull mix, and husky throughout my life I’m a student athlete but I do not have a job while I am at school. I have plenty of time to care and watch over animals throughout the week and on weekends! I have a cat with me at school and a dog and cats at home so I have lots of experience and eager to meet and watch your pet!

About: My experience is personal. Our family dog was aging and experiencing lose of bowels, not eating well and stiff limbs. I took special interest in her care until the end🐾 My calm demeanor is an asset in dealing with animals 🐾 I am usually busy with my own personal schedule after 4pm but I am also flexible if I am needed after 4pm. Advanced notice is appreciated. I have two dogs, a sheepadoddle and a shih tuz yorkie mix. I feed and walk them probably 4 times a day. Keep them clean (wipe them down after each walk) and make sure they have clean water.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats, but most of my family had dogs, so I have always been around them. This love for animals also got me into the veterinary field, which I have 6 years experience in. I have years of experience walking, handling, and playing with dogs and now have the experience to give oral medications or injections if needed. I currently don’t have any dogs, but I do have 2 cats. During my day I always make sure I wake up early enough to feed them and clean the litter box. After coming home from work, I feed them dinner and spend some time brushing and playing with them. I then clean the litter box before going to bed and repeat the next day. In my home, I have installed screen doors on the entry doors to prevent my cats from escaping but so they also can see the outside activity. I have socket covers to prevent them from playing in it and make sure to cover all wires so they don’t think they are toys.

About: I have a deep love for all furbabies! I do well with any size dogs or cats! I enjoy playing with animals of all kinds ! I'm currently a SAHM of one, in Christiana, De. I have a completely open and flexible schedule. Open to driving within 15 miles of location. I am now open to offer in house care for any dogs/cats up to 2 at a time. I have no animals of my own anymore, but my son is very animal friendly.

“There are few people I'd trust more to take care of my pet! D has watched our dog and hedgehog for us multiple times while we've taken weekends away. I never have to worry that Rufus is walked, fed, and played with while we're gone, and that Nutmeg's cage is clean and her food and water are fresh. Rufus gets so excited when we say D is coming! D has a special way with all animals, and I would absolutely recommend!”

She cares for any dog like it is her own and she’d be the first person I’d call if I needed my own dog cared for. I trust her implicitly. You will not be disappointed in the service she can provide!”
