About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I provided dedicated senior care for my chocolate Labrador, Copper, who lived to the incredible age of 18. Today, I have two pit bull mixes that join me on hiking adventures throughout the year, and I even harness-trained my kitten for outdoor adventures. I treat every pet like family and understand that each has their own unique personality, needs, and routine. Whether they're energetic or need a little extra care, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I am currently a wedding photographer in off season and have pretty good availability during the week for pet sitting. I typically work weekends but with enough notice and special occasions I'm flexible. I have one high energy dog and one older dog. So daily walks are a must. Sometimes separate and sometimes together. Our walks are typically 1 to 2 miles. I have two friendly dogs at home but I do have smaller home and a husband with allergies. So in my own home would probably be a case by case basis. As for other people's home's I'm flexible and respectful of house rules.
About: My entire life, my home has been described as the neighborhood’s “local zoo.” From livestock to pocket pets, I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals over the years. I’ll follow your instructions, keep your home clean and respected, and provide updates so you know your dog is doing well. At my home, there's fenced in back yard and plenty of room inside for them to safely explore and play or relax.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for basically my whole life. There has never been a time in my life where I wasn’t surrounded by dogs! I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets! I can help you at any time of the day any day of the week! I have a fenced off yard and 3 friendly dogs including 2 Shih Tzu’s and a Pomeranian. About: Hi All, I have been a high school teacher/coach for 33 years and am finally retired. I am excited to have time to love on all the Pets I can! I have had a variety of pets my entire life. I have been a proud Mama to all sizes of dogs from an apple head chihuahua to a 120-pound boxer. I have also had several cats, hamsters, ferrets, birds and fish. I currently have 2 senior dogs: a beautiful black pug (Lucy) and a chihuahua (Zeus). I certainly love all ages of dogs, but I do love the seniors and understand the love and care they need. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
