“It is so difficult to find a pet sitter who can deal with giant breeds (particularly a hyper puppy). Aundria was patient and professional. She kept me informed and sent photos/videos of our baby. Will definitely hire again! A+ experience.”

About: I've taken care of dogs, as well as cats since I was six. My pet experience with dogs is of varying size, energy level, and maintenance. From my moms dog who was a German shepherd, Rottweiler, and chocolate lab mix, to a large stray dog that mix have been a Great dane and boxer mix, and currently 2 small dogs, Angel and Charlie. I do have experience with diabetic dogs as my dog, Charlie, is diabetic. I have experience as well with handling high energy dogs like my dog, Angel, who is chihuahua and jack Russell terrier mix. I am currently unemployed, but live with my mom and take care of my sister, who is 17 years old, I drive her to school at 7 am and pick her up at 3:43 p.m. I am available between then and after 7 p.m. as I have to give my dog Charlie her insulin shots and scheduled feeding twice a day. On weekends I am available at 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and anytime after 7 p.m. I offer dog walking, over night watches, as well as general care for the dog(s) whether it be scheduled feedings, scheduled dog walks, scheduled medication, etc. Anything you are looking for specifically, let me know your schedule, your dog(s) schedule, what you are looking for and I will let you know if I can bring the care you are looking for.
About: Hi!! I’m new here and would love to get to know your dogs, take them on walks and get them some exercise and interaction :) I am a stay at home mom and have 1 fur baby myself. I’ve had all types of dogs growing up as a kid. I’ve had my schnauzer mut, Wendi, since she was 2 weeks old, started off with bottle feeding her and she’s been spoiled ever since! I often keep my brothers 3 dogs, one is an Australian shepherd/golden retriever, one is a mut and the other is a mini Australian shepherd. My family has always loved dogs and the joy they bring! I’d love to get to know your animals and help your family out. I am currently a stay at home to 4 kids. 3 of my kids are in school so I will have my youngest with me in the stroller as long as other dogs are comfortable being around kids as she remains buckled in the stroller :) I have 1 dog, Wendi, and have had her since she was 2 weeks old. I bottle fed her for 2 weeks since her mom got ran over. She loves to go on walks, play fetch outside and go to the park with all of her human siblings!

“Yilin watched our 3 cats for almost 2 weeks. She did a fantastic job. She arrived on time, took mat pictures and videos of our cats, and brought in packages left for us. She played with the cats and kept their litter and food area very clean. She is very friendly and cared for our babies as if they were her own. I would definitely hire Yilin again the next time we have to travel!”

“Sydney was available last minute for Gunner and sent great photos and gave a detailed summery of their visit. I really appreciate that and sounds like Gunner had a great time with her.”

About: With years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I bring patience, consistency, and genuine love for animals. I’ve raised my own pets from puppyhood and understand how to support different energy levels and personalities. My two miniature schnauzers are playful and social, making them wonderful companions for visiting dogs. I stand out because I’m attentive, reliable, and truly enjoy creating a safe, fun environment where every pet feels at home. I work in the school district, so my schedule is very flexible during weekends, school closures, and holidays. I’m also available on some evenings during the week. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m happy to help whenever my schedule allows. I keep pets safe, comfortable, and supervised at all times. My home is clean and dog‑friendly, and I introduce pets slowly to make sure everyone feels relaxed. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow your routine exactly, keep doors and gates secure, and give your pet calm, consistent care.
About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, and I’ve had anywhere from two to four dogs in my home at a time since I was about five years old. Labs will always have a special place in my heart, and I’ve had my sweet Lab/Pit Bull mix since 2017. I also currently share my home with a Goldendoodle! Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for not only my own animals but also the pets of other families, and it’s something I genuinely love doing. I know your pets aren’t just pets. They’re family. ❤️ I also understand that leaving them behind, whether it’s for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or a much-needed vacation, isn’t always easy. You’re trusting someone with a very important part of your life, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you AND your pets. I take the time to learn their personalities, little quirks, favorite activities, and daily routines so they can feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own home. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and energy levels, including puppies, seniors, and multi-pet households. Whether that means sticking to specific feeding schedules, administering medications, maintaining crate and bedtime routines, or giving a little extra patience and reassurance to an anxious pup, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs. I’m also someone who genuinely enjoys being active and getting outside, so if your dog loves long walks and playtime, we’ll get along great! And if your furry friend is more of a couch potato who prefers slow strolls, belly rubs, and snuggles, I’m just as happy doing that. One thing you can always expect from me is communication. I know how reassuring it is to receive updates, pictures, and little check-ins while you’re away. I want you to be able to enjoy your time knowing your pets are being cared for, their routines are being respected, and they’re getting plenty of attention and affection. After a lifetime spent around animals, I’ve learned that every pet is different, and that’s what makes them so special. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to pet care. When I’m caring for your pets, my priority is simple: treat them with the same love, patience, and attention I’d want someone to give my own. Because at the end of the day, you deserve peace of mind, and your pets deserve to feel right at home, even when you’re away. 🐾 I have a flexible schedule that allows me to make pet care a natural part of my day. I’m already accustomed to planning my days around animals, from feeding and caring for dogs to spending time at the barn with horses. I enjoy being active and outdoors, so walks, playtime, potty breaks, and extra one-on-one attention fit easily into my routine. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet—and your home—in someone else’s care. I take that responsibility seriously. I pay close attention to each pet’s normal routine, personality, body language, feeding schedule, medications or special instructions, and any boundaries you have in place. I believe consistency helps animals feel safe, so I’ll follow your normal routine as closely as possible. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic, playful dogs to animals who need a little more patience and time to warm up. My goal is for you to feel confident while you’re away knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, cared for, and getting plenty of attention.

I highly recommend Bobbi! She’s amazing with my girl and is always so interactive and attentive with her. She makes sure to keep me updated throughout each visit, and I really appreciate how observant she is and how quickly she notices the little things. I feel completely comfortable knowing my cat is in her care, and I’m genuinely so glad I found her! I’ll definitely be booking with her again :))

Weiyue and her partner were absolutely amazing cat sitters! Tom was clearly well-loved and cared for while we were away on our trip. It was so reassuring knowing he was in such capable hands. You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:
- the timing, length, and frequency of visits;
- the care instructions the sitter should follow;
- which parts of your pet’s usual routine should be prioritized;
- how often you would like to receive messages, photos, or other updates.
Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.
The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
